First of all, they write what they want to write, like it's your choice to read it or not. I don't know why people get their panties in such a twist. It's funny that you keep invoking politics and personal social opinions when the article has nothing to do with that stuff. It's a fair critique to be honest. Deacon does way too much "Nathan Draking". Whereas Aloy in Horizon kept it to a minimum, Deacon simply just won't shut up. There are times when he randomly goes from one calm sentence to just flat out yelling, and not yelling because he's mad, he's just yelling like an old person who talks on the phone. It's like they never re-recorded a normal voice for him to speak that line so they just used the yelling one.
My main issues with the game, boring story, boring character and awful gun mechanics and laughably bad enemy AI. I'm still only about 4-5 hours in but I'll see if it improves. I think they do deserve a second chance. Maybe not do a Days Gone 2 though.

All of these battle royale games are just flavor of the week material.
Over just 50 games? Those are rookie numbers. I have nearly 400. I've made it a policy that if I want a new game, I have to beat 2. It's been working sort of and I've been slowly working my way through my huge stash.
Playstation 5....It sounds so strange to me. Not that it's a strange name, it just really hits home the passage of time. It was only yesturday that 10 year old me swapped his Christmas N64 for a Playstation. I can't believe we're about to hit the Fifth system..
Same, with me. I still very much enjoy playing other people's creations but creating is a huge chore. I'm just in awe at what others can accomplish and I've seen a lot of videos of other people who are able to get a grasp of the controls so I'm sure I'll get there eventually but my god, there's just so much to take in. They hit it out of the park with LBP but I think Dreams may be a bit much for the general audience.
