The sound design is amazing.
That game is fun, and a little frustrating, but the main problem i had with the game - i tried it for the first time when i bought it last year - was that there simply wasn't enough content. 16 maps, and not very many characters. It took me less than 5 hours to get everything there is.
MKWii and MK7 proved that Mario Kart quickly loses its steam when you can't properly drift manually like in all of the older games. It takes away so much of players' skill, and i don't think the "snaking" technique is cheating. It's still friggin hard to keep doing it for those who have learned it so it takes a lot of skill, and it was very satisfying once you nailed it.
For every rerelease they announce they should announce two brand new games. I didn't buy a Wii U to play games that have been out for 3-5 years on all other platforms. It feels like a joke.
"deep" story? I don't think so. The latest Zelda entries haven't had subpar storytelling but the only thing consistent about Darksiders' story is the style. The characters seem pretty one-sided and boring to me.
It seems to be the issue with modern day games when it comes to prioritising between having great raw graphics and having good-looking effects. They sacrificed polys and texture resolution just to have depth of field and bloom all over. People who have played games like Far Cry 3 on consoles should know what i'm saying. Depth of field sometimes decreases the framerate by 5-10 fps, and honestly it isn't really necessary, especially not if it means sacrificing the rest of the graphics q...
I'm so confused... is this for real!?
Mark Cerny is the closest thing i've ever seen to a real life superhero who saves the day.
I agree but so was the last games, the Edgeworth Investigation series, and i really enjoyed those in spite of it. I think this is going to be fantastic if not surprisingly good, now that it's been a while since they've moved the "main canon" story ahead. Not a big fan of Apollo Justice and his cast, but i'll survive as long as i get more quirky characters and more courtroom gameplay.
I can't really judge it yet either. I was laughing at that farce they showed weeks ago but i'm going to be surprised at E3 and i know it.
I agree. After seeing Shadow of The Eternals i was convinced that the Wii U can produce spectacular graphics, and Nintendo is likely going to push the limits with their next 3D mario or Zelda.
You haven't been able to play pirated 3DS games up until now. I own one of those cards you're talking about at it's only for playing regular DS games.
So far i'm way more interested in the PS4, but i think we are all underestimating the Xbox One based on that conference.
Judging by these screenshots even Crysis 3 looks better and i expected next-gen consoles to at least be able to run that game @60fps in 1080p
It IS news. It came out of nowhere.
As long as they don't release a story trailer like they did with Killzone 3 in the case that the story should be one-sided or just bad again. I cringed all the way through it and never bought the game because the story seemed melodramatic and one-sided.
As long as they have to play along with EA's restriction of experimentation and fresh ideas they can't make Fuse a good franchise, i don't think.
Finally! I don't want a black Wii U. I want it to look vastly different than my Sony consoles.
Yes, screw bonus round! I'm tired of Geoff Keighley and press celebs.
Did Insomniac sign with EA before producing this game, or how is it? If they signed with EA before getting too long into development EA could have told them they wouldn't publish a game if they weren't sure it kept traditional elements that the mass-audience would want.
