Yeah, having a political message in a game about heroes and villains with cartoon powers seems a little out of context to each other, at least in by the impression we got when Nate Fox presented it. I was kinda hoping they'd drop it, because it seems really corny.

I guess this confirms that the "O' so smart" Xbox One "Surface" UI uses 3GB. So much for being able to watch movies and playing games-while-watching-tv-while watching-another-movie-at-the- same-time, huh?

In the old games my motivations for turning on the game every day was generally to ensure that i kept the money flowing. As soon as i became aware of exploits for making money quicker i got my rent paid off too quickly and i stopped playing. I always felt that the endgame in AC is when your house is at its max upgrade.

I think Microsoft's new strategy is to subtly change the focus from gaming to mass appeal and family media. So they made all those restrictions to gaming to tell 3rd party developers to f*ck off.

Hate to break it to you, but i think it's the real thing. Nintendo has made a lot of mistakes in the last couple of years so it's no wonder if this will dissapoint as well. But on the other hand it makes most sense if the demos are in a near-final state, while Nintendo might still show reveal- or gameplay trailers for new IPs or games at their Nintendo E3 Direct or at the showfloor.

So far there have been no leaks of new unannounced games from Big N, and their E3 sillhouettes just tease a lot of games we have been aware of since last year. Chances are that we will get some new games like SM U and SSBU, but i don't think we're gonna be too surprised and however that's what it's gonna take for Nintendo to win E3. PS4 are teasing us with 40+ next gen titles almost none of which, we have seen properly in action. It seems like 10-20 titles from Nintendo and we...

Since i played Bioshock Infinite i've realised i listen way too much to professional gaming journalists opinions and reviews. Bioshock Infinite left me with a bad taste in my mouth when i sucked the experience in as a whole. Definitely not a 10/10 in my opinion so naturally i'm skeptical if reviewers are hyping this too, but i never doubted for a second while playing Infinite that reviewers actually thought the score was deserved. I realised there's more factors involved in liking...

I seriously doubt someone like Keifer will stay for several games. They probably paid him a shitload of money to do this. They should've stuck with Hayter.

Kojima always was a very egomaniacal author, and his visions and decisions always come first in his head. He probably knows that Hayter's voice is a bit cheesy, which it is to many, and he thought Metal Gear should become more serious or something. I do think Hayter is Snake, and it won't be the same without him. I don't support Hideo's decision to hire Mr. Jack Bauer and especially not since he openly said in the interview that he doesn't know much about gaming. In David&...

I doubt it will considering Nintendo did the same thing with Super Mario Galaxy compared to Super Mario 64 and Sunshine to make it less frantic, which makes it more accessible for idiots.

Plus, Zelda might also need someone other than Aonuma for a change. He wasn't as much involved with Skyward Sword as in previous entries, but he was still responsible for a lot of decisions in the game design.

I'm longing for a Zelda that will make me feel like i felt the first time i played OoT, but it's probably not going to come from Nintendo for several reasons.

I was persuaded to jump in when Wild World came out for the old DS, and that was by reading an article about it in a magazine. I'm sure newcomers will find this interesting when they read what it holds on paper. The idea of having a game that runs real-time with your clock and calendar is just amazing imo, and it really works for these games.
Also i think all the 9/10s it's getting is gonna be an attracting factor.

Amazingly great news! I thought for sure it would run at a fixed 30fps. This is going to make it much more responsive :)

Saying that a review of a game is an objective analysis is wrong in my opinion. Review scores are the impression the critics are left with after playing a game fully... naturally not everyone is going to agree that this is as good as everyone says it is. If video games are becoming more "art" then it's gonna be more like music where people don't care as much about reviews because everyone listens to music that fits their taste. It's going to be the same thing if games ar...

Bioshock Infinite got infinite 10/10s so naturally i had to play it, and boy was i left unsatisfied when i beat it. After that i've promised myself to never listen to reviews again, and i realised that just because something is "objectively" good doesn't mean i'm going to appreciate it, so i don't care too much about what critics say anymore. I'm getting this and i'm gonna see if i like it, but honestly i'm skeptical after seeing so many giving it 10/10 a...

I don't publicly state "I am a gamer" to other people when i try to get to know them, but if i figure a person is into games aswell then i have no issue with revealing it. It's just that people who don't play video games tend to back out sometimes because they think "video gaming is for socially backwards nerdy people", at least from where i come from.

When i started high school one in my class said "I'm a gamer, and i play a lot of PS...

I thought the leap from PS1 to PS2 was just as big though, but of course all the real-time effects in this gen made games look more "photoreal" but PS1 games looked so washed out, you know?
