I don't think Microsoft screwed up because my Westinghouse 47w-1 works fine at 1080P via VGA. As long as Sony followed spec then they should work fine. Plenty of other TVs are working. Just go back and look at the same AVS forum.

Why are they releasing the game at all? Did anyone see what they did to that brand new Mustang. Horrible! We need the VW guy to raid that show and put and to the crap.

I have to pay 2k Sports $5 to make replay videos that show off what I did in their game? Basically I'm providing free advertising for their product and paying for it. This kind of stuff should be free on Marketplace.
Since Microsoft is pushing to merge the PC and 360 markets together it would only make sense for the drive to work on computers. It gives them an even bigger market for the product which I'm sure they are making money on. Just makes HD-DVD driver can't be all that expensive. It's the technology that actually displays the video.
Oblivion is a good game and all but to be honest it doesn't look all that great compared to others and seems to be poorly coded. Some will say it's the large play area but remember most of that isn't loaded until you get close to it.

Too bad I rented the game from gamefly and sent it back when I was done. I'm half tempted to go out and buy it just to support developers who don't try to screw you with Marketplace transactions. You hear me EA!
Cons
1) Cars handle like crap, these are modified ones as well which makes it twice as bad.
2) Please tell me this game takes place more then at night.
3) Drift mode is a joke.
4) Graphics don't look any better then Most Wanted for the most part. On top of that the frame rate is still suspect.
5) Still don't understand that most muscle car drivers don't rice up there cars, more taseful mods from them would be nice.

This game wasn't even on my radar. After seeing some of that video though this game looks like a must buy. Looks like the developement time has been used wisely.
Problem is they have a year of data that people buy things that should be free so why stop you know?
I era of free goodies from the developer for buying the game is over. I'm really starting to hate marketplace.
They use to include classic or bonus Stadiums, uniforms and such in the last gen. Now we have to pay more for less. What a bunch of crap. I'd love to have this stuff but I'm sure as hell not paying for what I should have got for the original $59.99. What next, paying for roster updates?
I bought the 360 one but it created too much noise. However it does make me think my 360 is quiet now without it.
This is what I've been saying all along. $250 for a glorified Gamecube is a rip off. So it has built in wireless networking, some more ram, and a new controller. It still doesn't add up to a $150 dollar difference.
For $3.99 this game will rock. At the very least for comedic value.
