Do you even know the story and characters for FF XIV?
If not, than everything you just typed is completely wasted.
On top of that, as much as I love Uncharted, it's just a copy/pasted rendition of Indiana Jones. Final Fantasy is completely original and new with each installment. That takes more effort and creativity.
Dragoon is awesome in this game. My favorite job by far until they release a Beastmaster type job for me to play with! :)

I just have zero experience when it comes to wigs and I've tried gelling and handling my hair to his style but it's very uncooperative.
One of these days I'll finish it and don the complete costume but till then I'll have to keep it on the "to do list".
For Phoenix Wright the entire costume is easy.
For Phoenix Wright's hair, it's a challenge. I'm still idle waiting to get the money to attempt it one day. :/

Well, like it or not, all of these choices have either already been in past Mercenaries modes, or they would not work in Mercenaries what so ever.
I used to play RE5's Mercenaries practically on a competitive level daily for the first year then every bit here and there since then, but always played for the highes...

No thanks, I'm loving Final Fantasy right now. I loved the current and I loved the classics, and as long as each game has something original, fun and enjoyable in them, I wouldn't want them to kill off the series.
It's a new game with every entry. Its not like it's the same characters, same plot line, same hero and villain, same blah, blah, blah every time.
That's what makes this series unique.

Everything from the current FF XIV is being transferred over to A Realm Reborn. That means all of our character progression, gear, items, achievements, etc. are transferring over as well to both PC and PS3 versions of FF XIV: A Realm Reborn.

My fair and honest reply to that is:
If your not a fan of First-Person Shooters (especially one being an MMO) nor DC comics in any way shaped or form, life myself, then those gamers would most likely not even bother with either of those two online games.

It's a good deal if your a Final Fantasy fan, and I can tell you right now, there's a FUCK TON of FF fans waiting on the PS3 to play this game for the past two years.
Since it's on PS3, there's no monthly fee like with Xbox Live, so it's not as taxing. On top of that, not everyone, like myself, is a DC fan nor is aware of what Dust514 is.
So for mainstream audiences, Final Fantasy has a pretty good shot.

But after reading it, even though he mentions FF XIV's failure at launch, and no one giving a damn about anything FF XIII-related, he focuses on too much of the negative and nothing on the positives they've done.

No. If you have the game already it just upgrades for free.
You can buy the game again for PS3 or PC with the new box-art and layout but that's only optional.
They've said this on their site and in several interviews.
