MS and Sony's games are so different it's hard to compare. Sony is more about cinematics, story, and graphics. MS is more about gameplay, skill, and competition. Depending on which type of games you like the most, you'll find more value in one over the other.
Now all of a sudden people don't remember cross gen games. PS5 will do the same thing .

You're never going to get 60 fps as a standard on consoles because most times devs don't create games with that frame rate in mind.They aren't going to prioritize it for any games that aren't fast, twitchy, and/or competitive games.
Actually multiplayer games pay for the high expenses of single player games. So most studios would love to have a successful AAA multiplayer game under their belt.
You must be REALLY young. But there was multiplayer games before the internet. As a matter of fact the first games ever were multiplayer only.
Definitely not equivalent. Grand Theft Auto has been one of if not the most relevant IP since the PS2/Xbox era. Minecraft, while a big game just came around a late last gen. It's not even the biggest game of this gen.

If you have a mind of your own there was never any console wars. No amount of trolling is going to move me from what I prefer. If my preference changes, the change was motivated by me and me alone. Not anyone talking negatively on my preferences.
