Their purpose of building this isn't about the exclusives on each console. It was a passion project. A "can we do it" type of thing. Guarantee you that exclusives were the last things on their mind.

No such thing. There is a such thing as self control and irresponsible spending though. All of the content on subscription services are sold seperately. If you have 10-15 subscription services that you can't really afford to have then the problem is on the consumer. Not the amount of subscription services. We've always had some type of subscription service for a multitude of different things.

Only game on here that Xbox gamers didn't really buy is Dead Rising 4. Ori sold the best out of all of them except Gears, Forza, and Halo.

I wish people would stop saying this and only correlating it to MS. None of these companies are hands off. Not Sony, not Nintendo, or any publisher are hands off of what their studios are doing. Stop believing this myth that Sony and Nintendo leaves their investments unchecked but MS is watching over them like vultures. None of them are just going to release any old game out of trust in their develop...
Those are definitely esports games as they are streamed on esports channels on Twitch, as well as on TV. You don't know what you're talking about.

Nintendo has had the most powerful consoles with some of the most iconic franchises of gaming exclusive to their console.Yet the console didn't sell.
A lot of your PS exclusives have that "pew pew" you speak of. TLOU, Uncharted, Ratchet and Clank, Resistance, MGS (exclusive up until 5), Death Stranding, Killzone, etc.

I never understood the hate for COD. It accomplishes what it set out to be. A fast paced, arcadey, mp shooter. Is it perfect? No. But what game is. I don't buy MTs so I can't really relate when it comes to that argument.
