Yup. NSA-like spying is a problem, but those agencies collect so much data that you can just hide in plain site, unless they're gunning for you personally. With social media, people just do the job of these interested parties for them, by creating a public profile of themselves.

Ron, how would you know if someone voted mainly Republican? I assume they would have had to volunteer that information at some point, correct?

Make sure to take a five minute break every hour. You've been working hard moving those goalposts.

More than that, but you have to also look at it from another perspective. Both of these games were revealed, as exclusives, long before either system launched. They both launched at about the same time. If PS4 has over 2 million extra consoles in homes, a large part of that is that many of those people would rather have the console with Infamous than Titanfall.

There hasn't been much at retail, for both systems, since release. What your biased comment doesn't take into consideration is the games released digitally, with Outlast and Don't Starve being two great titles that come to mind which can be had for free if you have PS+.

The article says Titanfall is over 385,000 in the US. I used VGChartz (usual disclaimers apply) to get an estimate of global preorder numbers for Titanfall, based off of that number. They have global software sales for XB1 at 9,294,332 and US software sales at 5,735,290. http://www.vgchartz.com/wee... http://www.vgchartz.com/wee... So US s...

Okay, but if you toss Walking Dead on PS4, great gameplay that it has, it doesn't suddenly become the true next-gen experience.

Not to bash Titanfall, it looks fun, and you know I'm biased toward the mechs, but you're talking about a game that is cross gen versus a game that is exclusive to next gen.

It's a sad day when fanboys have to use PS4 sales to bash PS4 sales. But since you want to talk sales, let's look at those PS4 vs Xbox sales. You don't just need Titanfall to be a system seller. You need it to be a system saver.

@Dynasty

It shows how sad the arguments have become when I'm just glad Tedakin actually used that argument in reference to two exclusives instead of the same multiplat game with better graphics on the PS4.

"Anyway, Titanfall is not a next-gen game in terms of visuals or scale. But it doesn't need a grand scale or superb visuals to be an incredible game."

True, but whether it can be an incredible game isn't what was being questioned.

@starchild

Are you kidding me? Whiny entitled crybabies? No, gamers are consumers. Understand that. Most people that go out and drop hundreds on a new system want games that justify that decision. If Ubisoft wants gamers' money they had better release a product gamers want.

Stop drinking the kool-aid. People like you are the reason developers and publishers feel entitled to consumers' money without putting out a product to earn it. Just look at how t...

I suspect as much, due to them never showing an Xbox version. We saw PS4 footage that looked better than this downgrade.

This game was supposed to launch with the new systems. It's now set to launch at the end of May. I don't think it takes half a year to make the game worse. They were probably trying to get the Xbox version close to the PS4, couldn't, and only then decided to make them close by downgrading.

720p/900p isn't necessarily a problem, but those games better be doing more things than games running at 1080p, to justify the lower resolution.

Edit: And Watchdogs is not.

Oh, wow. If reality doesn't fit your narrative, you just toss it aside, huh? Ironfist and Alexious both got down voted into oblivion for defending the game, and the only person I've seen defending it while saying which console they were getting it for said that they were getting it for Xbox. The overwhelming majority of the comments have been ripping into this game because of the graphics.

Judging by that footage I saw earlier, I'd say he forgot to add, "It's giving it's place to the PS3."

This game was running on PS4 before being watered down. Ubi has some 'splainin' to do.

Says that Xbox is far from dead, and that those screaming of it's downfall are blind or stupid, in an article titled "North America Is Killing The Xbox One."

You think they'll fall for that trick twice?

4476d ago 3 agree0 disagreeView comment

It looks like that may have happened. Have you seen the comparisons to the earlier build? It wouldn't surprise me to discover that they tried to get the other version close to PS4's level, couldn't, then decided the best way to come close to parity was by gimping it.

4476d ago 4 agree1 disagreeView comment

@bobacdigital

Then maybe that's the system you should be questioning. Did they downgrade it to create more parity between the PS4 and XB1 versions?

4476d ago 12 agree2 disagreeView comment

They've become desperate. Like DoesUs said, the guy's riding off into the sunset, but some people NEED to turn that into a bad omen.
