Was there really a point in this? There is no question that Xbox LIVE has had great success with their digital distribution services. Why Sony felt the need to release those statements is beyond me.

Crazy talk...Uncharted is no Gears. Not only is Uncharted completely different from Gears save for the third person perspective, its not nearly as good. Its not even in the same league. This is insane.
I remember playing the demo, and immediately thinking "This combat is lame. Why do the grenades look so terrible?" and it pretty much stopped there. Not a terrible game, but not in Gears territory, sorry. And its such a blatant Indiana Jones ripoff it aint funny. ...
This is definitely one of the worst things ever posted on N4G, and thats saying a lot. I dont know how Killzone 2 shuts up Gabe Newell; if anything it proves him right. In the time frame its taken to make K2, I think it would most definitely prove his point that the PS3 is a hard console to develop for.
What really makes this funny is that were talking about Valve here. Valve! HL2 is STILL one of the best FPS out there, and L4D is one of the most fun MP games ever made.

So thats what the whole "Fabula Nova Crystallis" is about. Its been a LONG time since I have played a JRPG...FF3. That was awesome game...until I got stuck 18 hours in and said the hell with it!
The only other JRPG i played through was FF: Mystic Quest, which was sort of a 'intermediate' RPG; shorter and less flashy than FF 2 or 3, and was only $40 on release for SNES. Good times. Oh, and if Beyond Oasis is considered a JRPG (Genesis)...that was an AWESOME game back...

...yet another review and some more fun. The whole thing about the helmets is pretty cool though...sorta like the Brutes in Halo, but here its a bit different since you cant see them at all under the helmet, so its a bigger reveal.

Netflix and downloads are two different things on LIVE. You were able to DL HD movies from LIVE and watch them immediately before Sony even had a single movie.
And talking about background demos, of course the 360 does that. And it doesnt have to 'install' them either, which is very annoying on PS3.
And on top of that, the 360 can download after you turn off the system in a low-power mode (indicated by a flashing power symbol).
And web surfing sucks ...
