Your assuming every game on PS4 will be maxed out. That's not the case. Also, there are some developers that are saying DX12 will be more than a minimal boost to X1 performance. Time will tell on that one.
...yawn...and bahamut shows what a fanboy is. Her parents must be proud.
I'm sure the game is good and fans will be happy, but my favorite is and always will be SF2 champion edition.
The X1 is no powerhouse but it isn't a weak system either. Where MS screwed themselves was with the intro of the system at E3 2013. That right there probably sent four or five million potential X1 owners into the hands of Sony. I do agree that the next Xbox will probably be a beast of a system. MS hasn't put out the most powerful system since the first Xbox. Sony has always introduced a console a little bit more powerful the past two gens. I think that trend will end next gen.
Over the course of the first six months of this games release how many people would have purchased the X1 for this game and this game only? Maybe a few thousand at most. Gamers don't usually buy a system for one game and one game only. They but it for everything it offers as a whole.
....how?
Still far too many AAA exclusives that will never make its way to the PC. For the price of higher mid level gaming rig I would rather have a PS4, X1 and WiiU.
2017 would be a good entry point for Nintendo's new system. I'm all for a new Nintendo console, but to attract more exclusives and poplar third parties, Nintendo better not skimp in the power department!...meaning the system better be at the very least moderately more powerful than what the X1 and especially the PS4 are offering. If not...Wii2 all over again.
This is only an "issue" because too much of the gaming media is making it so. The vast majority of X1 gamers are not concerned or upset by this.
It would be awesome!.. I just don't see it. I wold love it thuogh. My Sega collection from the Master System to the Dreamcast is pretty hefty and the Genesis is my all time favorite system, but I think the sun may have set on them becoming champs of the home console market again. Both Sony and MS have beyond deep pockets compared to Sega. Who knows, I could be wrong. I would welcome that!... Now if Sega would become a first party developer for Nintendo, under Nintendo's leadership an...
Why get a PC and a PS4?.. The only thing the PS4 is good for is slighter better cross plats. The best place to play cross plats if that is a preference is on the PC. PS4 has maybe one or two good exclusives with most being far to short single player games of simply average at best. All that and Uncharted 4 is still a ways off. Seems to me you wasted your money.
Why does the media always make this out to be an issue? People who prefer to play on console are almost always going to get a console. People who prefer to play on a PC are almost always going to get a PC. It has always been this way.
If done right this could be amazing!
If done right this could be awesome!
Most gamers who have been around at least 25 years has heard of most of these.
Glad they did this! Nice to know they are still working on the game after release! Shows dedication.
Sega could have always been "what it was" even as a third party software developer in today's gaming world, but they decided to put far too many of their amazing franchises on ice. Now many of those same franchises are a distant memory, or unheard of by newer gamers where they are simply relegated as "retro classics". Very sad.
So, is Atari collecting dead because its original owners are getting up there in age?... Like me??? Should I be worried???.....Where am I?
No kidding!
The game will be awesome but I am still most excited for Crackdown 3!
