Funny when Xbox fans were making similar arguments in regard to having the console with lower resolution they were chastised, but for some reason it is fine and dandy if a Sony console now suffers from the same crippling issues? Not this gen, but MS will definitely close the gap a bit. With such a powerhouse console in the X, if MS does indeed start bringing out more in house exclusives they could certainly start making headway that could lead into the next gen of consoles. The only place I can see MS coming close, right now at least would be in software.Opening their games to the pc market was a wise move seeing the majority of pc players don't own a console and never will.
Same dilemma...I'll probably get it for the switch as opposed to the X because this game seems to be a pushing it to its limits. Kind of a showcase for it. Also, would be a good game to play on the go.
Probably the only game that I would think about purchasing a PS4 for. One or two other exclusive are up my alley as well but already have the X and the Switch so it is doubtful I will be playing this anytime soon....When the Pro eventually goes on sale down the line, though....May be very tempting.

Taking the time to optimize the game for what it is being released on plays a big part. Full optimization on pc video cards will probably never happen since new ones are constantly being released...which is a shame because full optimization of any of the newer gpu's out there would be something to see I'm sure!

Apparently, you haven't played Gears of War 4 or Quantum Break. The graphics quality of either of those matches up to any of what you listed. When a new Halo is released maxing out the capabilities of the X it will put all the games you listed to shame. It's great that you enjoy your little Playstation but others out there may happen to enjoy something different. How dare they!
