The BC has been great but I was hoping for more games to make the conversion faster.
@ exrermin8or...Japan is becoming more and more of a non issue with consoles. That market isn't nearly as dominant as it once was. It is still relevant but is not needed for global success. Again, this gen showed that many gamers could care less about brand loyalty as was shown when many who left Sony for the 360 eventually went to the PS4 over X1. All because of increased overall power. That trend will most likely hold true when a weaker Neo has to go against the Scorpio. No one can comp...
Of course it can...Compared to the Neo. The newer "upgrades" are looking more like new gen systems than anything else, especially with the Scorpio. If consoles are going to a four/five year generation life span as opposed to seven or eight years they will start to be judged on that...not which version comes before. Let's face it, there are many gamers out there, millions, who could care less about console loyalty...They will get what will play the best for the most part...The P...
pretty dumb comment. X1 sold a ton of the first one. PC did as well. Seriously, do you try to sound like and ignorant fanboy?
I would guess it is coming to PS4 because Ms didn't buy the rights to the game and only had an exclusive deal for the first one.
The X1s will sell strong and will sell strong for the next couples of years. It won't be enough to surpass PS4 but it will keep the Xbox brand very relevant and competitive until the Scorpio is released and gains dominant market share.
If I couldn't afford internet I would just play all the amazing 16 & 32 bit goodness out there! So many amazing and legendary games from those eras I didn't get to play.
All I am seeing is a contrast difference.
What percentage of gamers that can afford a current gen system doesn't have internet? Talk about a desperation move to try and find any little thing to complain about! This is a non issue.
They should have released it for all the consoles....Oh well.
I have little interest in a Nintendo console, but a powerful handheld system that is a bit of a hybrid console...that grabs my attention! Loved the 3DSXL! Thought it was one of the best overall systems ever put out...Very interested at what can be expected from the NX.
until four years later when pc graphics technology is eclipsing both consoles to the point where ti is very noticeable....the whole process will start over again, which is just fine.
It really depends on how much Sony has already invested into the Neo. If they truly were not expecting MS to come out with such a heavy hitter they may be stuck with what they have for the most part. If they scrap it and re-design that will cost a ton and share holders would throw a fit if it deflates the bottom line. My opinion is the Neo will be "tweaked" from where it is now, maybe pushing 4.8 to 5 tflops with an increase in ram if needed.
Then why bother reading and posting on a comment thread for a system you have no desire to purchase? Silly fanboy trolls with nothing better to do.
Flop? how about you explain why? Oh that's right you can't...14 year old fanboys never can.
mediocre exclusives? what planet do you live on!?
Timsplitters! Sooo good! Great 4 player split screen!
This would be great! Although the fist Xbox didn't have too many exclusives it still had plenty of great games where more than a few still hold up to this day! I still have all my Xbox and Xbox 360 games which add up to over 100, add that with my growing x1 library and it would be fantastic to have access to most if not all of them on one system! Talk about saving space and not having wires all over the place! Get it done MS!
I would agree with you 100% if it wasn't that Malice-Flare is most likely 100% correct.
Could be, but publishers of games that no longer sell would be open to an all new market and those who do own the games may purchase an expansion they never got around to buying... Seems to me this would be a win for publishers but you never know.
