ok from a shipping stand point. Full truck of XB1 sits in the factory dock till all trucks are filled then they are moved to the terminal where they will sit for at least a week(they are not critical ship merchandise). then they ship to retail DC to gather dust till 2 weeks before release. last they get transferred to their proper store a week before release.
how do i know. Warehouse, DC, Shipping and inventory specialist. And the routine never changes no matter what the pro...
funny as hell.. I love it!!!!
i can pretty much tell you that, that is happening. and every time i hear someone tell me that they are preordering multiple units just to resell i feel the urge to scream. I know of at least 10 people that are doing that.
Makes me want to grab a big stick and whack them in the head and say let that PS4 go.
he does hint at the XB1 release being very close to the PS4 date wise. so lets see if its before or after
All this article really said was that MS is using Skype codecs to improve the voice chat capabilities of the XB1.
so releasing in fewer regions and now even fewer countries will be able to take advantage of all those hyped features. Thats a bit disturbing in my opinion.
Neocores, if they did that it would almost be like admitting defeat. This early in the game and as much problems as they have had holding out could be a really big problem for them.
the only reason this non-issue is an issue is because MS hasn't revealed a release date for the XB1. personally i don't expect them to make a releases date announcement till middle of Sept.
Cloud power while a great concept, is still to young to be a force the way MS is making it out to be. Not that it wont or isn't possible. I think Sony is taking the right path by taking cloud integration slowly. MS is making big promises with it and if it doesn't pan out for gamers that way they are hyping it then MS will feel the backlash.
and for those getting ready to scream sony fanboy at me. i currently own both current gen-consoles and plan on owning both next...
I'm really liking how they are mixing technologies here. Beyond and Watch Dogs both mixing outside tech into the game its going to make in house co-op very fun
i was really looking forward to this. I will be passing now
it means looks good
well at least you know it will release in November
Dont get me wrong, i'm glad to see MS listening to their consumers. But it makes me wonder, if they do this now what will they do or change after the system is released.
someone please tell me how this man is still even a relevant part of the gaming community?? every time he speaks he's wrong. Unless someone can tell me the last time he was right.
IF.. Amazon jumps into the gaming ring it could force all houses to re-evaluate the price structure of downloadable games. We could see a price adjustment in the next year or so. That is just my opinion. But, consoles do have a problem when it comes to price of games digital or physical. Mobile gaming has been eating away at their market. Why buy a console thats gonna stop me from watching tv while my kids plays video games. just get him an ipad mini or a android tablet and im happy and so is...
All I got from that was MS is forcing owners of the 360 to jump ship for the XB1.
This sounds like prep work for PS4
I still have my PS3 launch console, and its running just fine
Sony plans on filling the gap with the games catalog in PSN+. Its a good way to push PSN+ and allow people to get familiar with the systems features before they start flooding the market with new games. Not sure how XB will handle it, as they are not on my radar for at least 6-8 months.
well their may not be a good reason, but i sold one of my PS3s so i need a new blu-ray player for my bedroom.. Good enough reason for me to get a PS4 for my game room
