in the first 5 seconds of reading what makes this game so great is the main reason a lot of people are hating on it. Multiplayer!!!!is if thats all the primary focus is about then this should be an online only franchise. The Single player has always been weak in COD titles because the developer knows that even if single-player sucks the game will sell on its multi-player merits alone.

i have to say that i have enjoyed Move so far. While i only use it on the weekends to game with my niece it is still quite an enjoyable add on to my PS3
has all the success it deserves, but i wont be getting it. To me there are gonna be alot of feedback issues with the mic and background noise. No it cant be eliminated. its a mic. so soundtracks and indoor noise will always cause some level of disturbance in a game that requires vocal response. current track record in PC/gaming software and hardware over the last 7 or so years this will probably end up as a total train wreck. It will end up inside web-cameras and on video-cards inside of 2 years. Upping the price and causing failures in compatibility across the board, as is M$ tradition with trying new hardware/software features.

i have hit a wall with this motion control war crap. Kinect is not a motion controller. its interactive gaming. Thats what it is. And yes i know you control your character and what ever else you interact with but please stop calling it a motion controller.

while i agree Kinect is just a PSEye with a few extra bells an whistles.. i also know that if you (MS) hypes up a shortage then you create a shortage. Its a basic marketing strategy. you create and control the scenario, thereby increasing demand.

while a star wars motion controller add-on or controller designed like in the ad would be extremely cool. and i definitely buy one or two, i think this ad (if its real) has more to do with either a star wars move capable game or add-on patch to unleashed( maybe a re-issue of unleashed 1 and 2 with move capability).
The more i think about the "It Only Does Everything" campaign by Sony it just makes more sense for it to be a patch and not hardware.

ready by now. your talking a 3 week period before the game was supposed to drop. its all ready burned and labeled sitting in a boxes gathering dust till ship date. the print work alone takes a good 1-2 weeks thats discs and inserts/covers. burn process for initial shipments average about 1 week.
so yes its ready its not a polish delay. its a strategic delay to work around other issues such as marketing and competition.
this game is more about the single player.. as for the writer its sad to see that the only thing he believes makes a game worthy is multiplayer. you cant judge this game on its multiplayer, it was never really meant to be a multiplayer experience. it is meant to be an awesome single-player experience.
so what the beta for multiplayer sucked, i know it did i tried it. but im still getting the game because its all about the single-player story for me.
if they push it to the week after or even to the first week in december the sales numbers will be split. between quarters.
also if kinect does as well as MS plans and is sold out over the holiday season, and sony does release first or second week of december it could help to boost sales even further, making GT5 sold out until after the holidays.

but im betting it will have a very short(CoD short) single player element, since they obviously have alot of the focus on the multiplayer.
Lately alot of the FPS out there that have heavy focus on multiplayer and to me only use the single player as basically a tutorial to get you started. So if they are focusing on the multiplayer then i will have to pass.
dont get me wrong it does bring replay value to a game but sometimes it feel like all the developers are jumping...
i finished the storyline and most of the side quests and didn't have any problems glitch wise. guess i was one of the lucky ones.
