I am going to say it but HZD really wasn't that great. Graphically it was outstanding but the gameplay was very repetitive. I started off amazed but slowly realised it was another bland open world game, beautiful but massive areas of nothingness.
Sony has allowed crossplay between PC and Playstation consoles for a long time and has allowed mods since PS3, years before MS embraced it with the XB. Whilst it would be great for us PS and XO players fight it out Sony have their reasons. I just wish they were more vocal as to why they won't let us.
And they need to stop stretching themselves and making a million games, none of them having the same quality as TWD season 1, the game that made most people opened up to them.
I wondered how long it would take Naurga to say something... The was nothing wrong with RE7. It was the best one since CV. (RE4 was good but also the start of the downfall).
Like most games this generation, the open world setting ruined what worked in its previous iteration(s).
MOBAs were never ever going to catch on with mainstream audiences.
The first hour was true MGS. As soon as it got to one of the most boring open worlds I've ever played in I lost interest real quick. It's a problem I have with most open worlds but it's soemthing being taked into every game these days.
It's had this layout in the UK for about a year now and I've never really paid attention to the suggestions underneath the apps. I tend to just open the app I was intending to open when I pressed on the video tile for anyway lol.
There is so much wrong with your post I don't even know where to begin.
It is a top tier game free to play or not, it's fun as hell and that's something a lot of fully priced AAA games are lacking these days.
The gun play is hardly basic. Each weapon is different in term of bullet spread, recoil, blast radius, bullet drop etc. The game has amazing gunplay considering the art style, you'd never expect that on first impressions.
FF8 is brilliant. I will never understand the dislike the game gets.
Yet we still get people asking for next generation when we have games like this, pushing the envelope further.
To many games have fast zombies. Give me a lot of slow zombies in confined place with barely enough ammo to scrape through.
Noobtubes, quickscoping with massive aim assist, teleport knifing, OMA, OP kill streaks... it was the COD that made you think you were good when in reality the game just held you hand to much. My least fave COD in history and that's including Ghosts.
When there's a massive lack of arcade racers this gen, yes we do.
They are. The three dlc packs planned feature Veitnam war, zombie apocalypse and aliens on Mars. All them assets too will be added to the map maker when they release.
Not enough people are talking about Far Cry Arcade for FC5.
I'm totally with you. Last generation slowley lost alot of steam for me towards the end and couldn't wait for a new system to arrive but I'm not getting that feeling yet. I feel if they release next gen too soon we are going to have a minor upgrade which is not what a lot of people want.
Until every publisher starts keeping their games for their own services like game pass and before you know it, you have game passes for EA, Activision, 505, Bethesda, Sega, Ubi, Square etc and your paying a wedge of cash every month. It could be a bad thing for gaming in the long run.
It happens in the UK with movie services like Netflix, Now TV, Amazon etc. You want to watch one thing on one service and soemthing else on another you're going to have to pay up more mone...
Good graphics don't need inflated budgets. Hellblade looked mind-blowing and easily one of the best looking games of this generation and the budget was a fraction to what some of these other games are using.
Is that really a complaint? I haven't played PUBG but I enjoy watching youtubers play it and the general opinion on it isn't that great.
Sub, I know I am in minority. Oh god no. There's a reason why Ive stuck with PlayStation since 94, games. I just didn't enjoy HZD as much as a lot of other people did. I found it a bit bland.
