Fallout 3 was boring, buggy even at the time with poor graphics, animations, gunplay and as much I love a good story in a video game, you need good gameplay to go with it. Fallout has never had that. Just a broken game with good characters and storylines.
Bethesda as a publisher ain't bad and hold some strong titles but as developers, they're bad. They need a massive shake up and get talent as good as their story and script writers.
As much as its turned into a good game now, the name Battlefront hold such a bad stigma around it now, I'm not sure calling any future SW game with that subtitle is wise from a business viewpoint. Then again, it's EA and bad business practices seem to go hand in hand.
If it is battlefront 3 though, please leave DICE out of this. They are great developers over stretched by different teams and all their games are suffering for it. I want the next Battlefield to amazi...
I loves outlast. The first game was better with pacing. There were calm times before some chased you. The second game was terrifying because it felt like it you were continuingly getting chased but I don't think it made for a better game.
I play battlefield and COD. The two don't compare in anyway shape or form other than they're a military shooters. They totally different. Also COD WaW had massive maps tanks in and that game was amazing to play so big map sizes have nothing to do it.
It is bakc already because people botched but now they are brining it back to red dot chasing smh
They tried to reinvent COD, something the player base had been wanting for ages. They tried to make it more tactical but the ADHD gamers want to sprint around throwing knives and quick scoping. Oh no there's more than 3 lanes, this game sucks/s. Can't even look around and observe their surrounding without crying on reddit.
I feel bad for IW. They tried so many new things and people winge and want it the old way, then complain that COD never changes 🤦♂️
Are you living on another planet? People have asked for change in COD for years, MW brings new ideas to the table and you beg for old content. This is exactly why COD failed to change in the beginning
These are really good classic maps but really? I hope this ain't true. This could go from being one of the most ambitious CODs to laziest judging from this list and we all thought Black Ops 4 was lazy with its DLC offerings.
It's basically side mission: the game from the sounds of it. This is the second open world game that has not worked out for Kojima. The art style and setting is brilliant but alot of people are calling it boring, just as MGSV was labeled boring.
Fallout is single handily the most overrated game series of all time. The concept is great but the gameplay, the animations, the graphics, the glitches, the performance on console was non excusable even last generation. The two Fallout games of this gen were bad as well. Its just a shame it took up until this generation to open their eyes.
60fps and prettier effects won't make the game any less boring though unfortunately. Its a beautiful game no doubt, but some of the gameplay choices made the game a bit of a chore to play for me.
Look at reddit and you will see how there's quite a few issues. The Biggest few issues are map design which I don't really mind, I prefer having to analyse your surroundings. Call outs and footsteps being to loud encouraging camping. Score based match making has pushed a lot of people away already as there seems to be no middle ground, youre either in with he noobs or the sweatiest of hardcore players. Theres middle ground which is probably the largest pool of players. M4 and MP5 maki...
Any fighting game that have fighters as paid DLC is a no from me. Even more so when some of the fighters behind a pay wall are classic characters. Imagine if MK put scorpion behind a pay wall 🙃
Sony has said that just because there was a PS4 Pro this generation, that does not mean it became the norm. Unlike last generation, the HD era and the launch of the PS3 and X360 grew up alongside eachother. 4K didn't really take off until midway through this gen hence why we had 4K ready consoles. This generation weren't as future proof as the generation before it but it looks like both Sony and MS looking to fix that for next generation.
For anyone who still plays this, is it worth picking up now? I've always been interested by it cause I love survival games but the reviews put me off. Has it improved wince launch?
Captain travel, I would be very cautious of the next COD. It was meant to be Sledgehammer studios turn but they messed it up so bad that Activision made Treyarch make it. Its being made one year less than other COD games.
Yeah they take a bit of a nose dive when it comes to multiplayer. Every cod of this generation has had the same issue. I guess its to keep gameplay at 60fps.
Let me just leave this here... If this was a Bethesda game and had Fallout in the title it would be getting 8 and 9s

Unfortunately it's taken until the end of this generation to get anything that is half decent. Last generation PS Plus was a monster. So many great games. I'm glad we're finally getting some on PS4. It's just a shame it's taken so long.
