It would have never seen the light of day had it not unfortunately.
Then it would still be shit with a shit game on it.
@Gumby, can you not read? Or are you trying to be clever and failing? Yes there's PS Now and Xcloud but does that mean they will become the biggest streaming platforms just because they make consoles? No. Once upon a time Sega and Nintendo were top. Once upon a time Nokia and Motorola were top. Once upon a time Blockbuster and Love Film were on top. Just because you are on top now, anything can come along and dethrone you if you become lazy or anti consumer.
So that...
They would be shooting themselves in the foot by doing that. With every company getting in on streaming and trying to convince people that streaming is the future, console makers need to do everything to keep people from making the jump.
Another open world game. Yaaaay/s 🥴
It's not better than Uncharted but it also doesn't deserve the unjustified hate it gets either. The last three have been really good, solid games but Uncharted is undoubtedly better. It's nice to have TR bridging the gap now that Uncharted story has been told.
Days Gone is a solid game. DS to weird to be like by the majority I think. MGS had its weirdness but it masked in It military setting. I also hope Kojima ditches the open world for whatever his next game will be. I found DS and MGSV open worlds some of the most boring worlds I've had to play in because they're so lifeless and bland.
It ended wide open for a sequal. They didn't just look at that town, go there and live happily ever after. It's the end of the world. Anything could have happened between then and the years after. Ellie has grown a lot and become more hardened. She didn't do that by visiting that small town, happily drinking cups of tea for her teenage years. Roll on TLoU2!
It really ain't. It reused the moon, reused guns, reused armour sets. Even the iron banner didn't change its items. The dungeon was great and the vex offensive was good for about 10 tries but then the fun ends. The seasons battle pass was terrible too. It has been a very lazy DLC. How they think people are going to buy another 3 seasons with no new areas to explore is baffling me.
Those reddit nuts are there to talk directly to the devs as they also use it to communicate to the community. I'm mostly happy with the game as a whole but the connection issues caused by something as poorly implemented as SBMM is wrong. Connection should come first in any multiplayer game.
They're not listening which is why people are frustrated. The SBMM is breaking the game, not because it's making it a sweat fest, because its putting people in lobbies over the other side of the world with 250 ping. We shouldn't be getting continual hitmarkers or die before even seeing the enemy, just so it can put me in a lobby of people on my skill level in sacrifice of a good connection. It does nothing but put you at a disadvantage.
There's a thread on ...
Open world games are the one thing that has failed to Evolve this generation. Worlds get bigger, story writing gets better, animations and graphics get more lifelike but gameplay, still as stale as ever. Fetch quests, kill quests and claim territory quests... 😴
Any thread that mentioms SBMM is getting removed too. It's one of the biggest issues in the game. Don't put me in a lobby with 250 ping becausw you want to match me with similar skill. Why should I get constant hitmarkers just to be one shotted for some overly shitty way of matchmaking.
That was the last time I gave a shit about IGN tbh. Some of these new people come across like they're reading scripts and don't actually know anything about gaming.
Unfortunately it's taken until the end of this generation to get anything that is half decent. Last generation PS Plus was a monster. So many great games. I'm glad we're finally getting some on PS4. It's just a shame it's taken so long.
Fallout 3 was boring, buggy even at the time with poor graphics, animations, gunplay and as much I love a good story in a video game, you need good gameplay to go with it. Fallout has never had that. Just a broken game with good characters and storylines.
Bethesda as a publisher ain't bad and hold some strong titles but as developers, they're bad. They need a massive shake up and get talent as good as their story and script writers.
As much as its turned into a good game now, the name Battlefront hold such a bad stigma around it now, I'm not sure calling any future SW game with that subtitle is wise from a business viewpoint. Then again, it's EA and bad business practices seem to go hand in hand.
If it is battlefront 3 though, please leave DICE out of this. They are great developers over stretched by different teams and all their games are suffering for it. I want the next Battlefield to amazi...
I loves outlast. The first game was better with pacing. There were calm times before some chased you. The second game was terrifying because it felt like it you were continuingly getting chased but I don't think it made for a better game.
I play battlefield and COD. The two don't compare in anyway shape or form other than they're a military shooters. They totally different. Also COD WaW had massive maps tanks in and that game was amazing to play so big map sizes have nothing to do it.
Really? I'm sorry but a original score that reflects what's happening on screen will always be better for vaming than forcing pop artists music which won't be to everyones tastes down our ears. The album itself is fine. It just don't fit with the game at all IMO. Thank god for Spotify.
