"Real Nintendo gamers" don't give a cent about games like this, because "real Nintendo gamers" only like first party games.
Which is why the Wii U is going back to the niche Gamecube days. "Real Nintendo Gamers" love the Gamecube.
Maybe I'm still smarting from how much I hated the the GS4 launch presentation. It was horrendously outrageously tasteless broadway bullshit.
But I still think the HTC One is the better device.
Neither of them are going to stop me getting the Nexus 4 though, it just totally undercuts the top tier phones and still performs well.
@Torchic
That's complete bullshit. And yes, Samsung is the ultimate copy-cat, because it copies products and then improves on them and kills everyone else in the market.
Look at them in the TV space, if you want a decent panel - you go Korean. Samsung are the reason Sony are in such dire straits.
And the touch screen smart phone? Samsung is on it. Plenty of people find them an improvement.
Really surprised that the Xperia is doing so well in Japan. I hope that success continues, because I'd like a vibrant Android ecosystem.
I tried watching the Samsung Galaxy S4 launch yesterday - completely embarrassingly disastrous. Sure the phone is good, but they hid it beneath the most hideously tastelessly offensive stage show.
So I'm going to get the Nexus 4. Maybe Sony could produce the next Nexus if they get their stuff together.
It's not slowed by much. Torment at $2.5M, Shroud of the Avatar at $850k.
These guys have an exclusive? Do we really believe this? It did get leaked...
Michael Pachter's definition of "win" and a gamer's definition of "win" are different things.
Most PCs are dual core, so years old. The most popular graphics card is the integrated Intel HD 3000.

PS4 will out-power most PCs for years to come, it'll definitely beat my laptop. It won't outpower the best though, we all know that.
Of course LoL is bigger than Instagram.
Instagram is not a business, there is no revenue, there's no possibility of revenue. Systrom didn't build a business, he built a product - and sold it once, to a desperate Facebook.
AMD should do fairly well next gen, if both unreleased consoles are going AMD - it'll be the default choice for developers.
What GoW really needs is an emo haircut. I heard Raiden can cut hair.
Omikron - The Nomad Soul.
Look, Bowie's making music again - it's time, David Cage.
Let's be honest here, the efforts to emulate the Xbox have not been that strong. Pretty much everything of worth on the Xbox was a PC game.
The PS2's architecture was a lot weirder (who remembers MIPS?), yet PCSX2 is fantastic - because the demand is there.
If Sony and MS are going to sell PCs at a loss, like a typical console, then lots of people will be looking to get one to hack.
It'd just be like Sony making a Steambox.
With Far Cry and Assassin's Creed, Ubisoft definitely has the animal killing market sown up.
This is next gen! Every individual hair moves!
Wait, where have I heard that before?
So did I, but it was an arrow to the knee that did it in for me.
"Its pretty much just about as close to pc architecture as all of the other consoles."
"x86 and powerpc are indeed different but that does not necessarily mean one trumps the other"
So you admit you're wrong. I made no comment about trumping - just that porting to a different architecture costs more. Next time, just admit that you're wrong.
My point was that to write to GDDR5 or DDR3 is the same x86 assembly inst...
Yes please. I'd much prefer to have subtitles over crappy dubbing in film, would prefer my games this way too. Sleeping Dogs is so annoying, where everyone in Hong Kong speaks American as their first language.
Multi-culturalism plays right into the cyberpunk aesthetic too, the language translator idea sounds cool too.
The presentation was one of the worst things I have ever witnessed. It was embarrassingly excruciating, I couldn't watch more than 10 minutes of it at a time. "Underwhelming" is a massive understatement.
Yes, the S4 is solid, with some cool features, but it's not enough to stop me from getting the Nexus 4. I waited for the S4 reveal to see what it could do, but given that the Nexus4 is significantly cheaper and powerful enough - I'm going to go for pur...
