Loved GOWIII, but I also loved Dantes Inferno. I thought the Art Direction was great, the graphics were not the best but still tolerable. I think there is enough room in the world for both GOW and DI. I'd welcome a sequel.
God damn, this is good news. Yakuza 3 is one of the top games of the year for me, and the wait till Yakuza 4 is killing me. And knowing there is another one down the line is great. While I REALLY like Majima, I still want Kazuma in there in some capacity.
WOW!! Glad you got all that off your chest? Well, I do agree that decisions such as buying a car or (on topic) a 3DTV comes down to the persons background, financial situation, prioritizes etc. We dont know the situation, but in fairness to those who commented, they were commented on the information provided to them. Most of the time thats all you can go by.
On Topic: I dont mind 3DTV taking off, just as long as companies dont go crazy trying to make EVERYTHING 3D, as in g...
I like it, its going to give me the opportunity to play games I never normally would.
Agreed, its been a very boring Summer season so far. BTW, Larry rocks!
you went through his prior comments to add validity to your attack? Wow, that is just as sad.
I think Portal looks interesting and fun, but I dunno why i'm just not THAT excited about it. I think there are plenty of games I would rather buy and play before that. Dead Space 2 and Infamous 2 being just two of them.
I love the fact that the article was put together by a woman, unless Beth is a guys name. Gotta love a chick who loves gawking at a fine lookin' female. So much for feminism.
I certainly agree with you there, I don't believe 3DTV is ever going to be as big as HDTV, for the exact reason you outlined above. Its going to always be a niche market for this sort of technology...albeit a large niche market. So, while I agree with you on most aspects, I do think the public WILL still take to it, just not in revolutionary numbers.
I think this will be great, even without the 3D the device has a lot going for it. The downside of the 3DS (in regards to the ghosting) is to be expected as that is what stops big screen 3D televisions going glasses free. The only annoying thing coming from fans is when people bag on regular 3D televisions because they require glasses. Its simply inevitable at this stage, large 3D screens require glasses, the only alternative is a 3D screen wherin you sit directly in front and at a certain d...
Yup totally agree with you there. 3DS on its own was an impressive piece of kit, but with all that amazing studio support, its become a must buy for me.
Yeah you can. It aint ideal, but it can be done.
Should be good, they got a strong line up of games. Maybe a surprise or two?
Agreed, the trailer was amazing...cant wait for it, ACII was awesome.
I'm actually really looking forward to this, I rather like the concept. Plus i've always been a DC fanboy.
I just cant wait till we get the ACTUAL name in a couple days time, then we wont have to be subjected to any more of these lame "news" stories.
I actually just watched the clip for that for the first time today, and I gotta say...WOW! There have only been a few presenters/hosts that are bad enough to top him. And its weird because I actually really enjoyed the Jamie Kennedy Experiment. I guess it was his crew that propped him up on that show and made him seem better than he was, and when it came time for him to be a solo act he just couldn't cope.
I dont have hate for them, I dont have love for them, I just dont care.
I just wanted to quickly add that I enjoyed reading your guys views on this, its nice when people can have a respectful discussion/debate on here without it turning into a childish exercise in flamethrowing. I'm not too fussed either way on the customisation issue, however, I would prefer to keep it offline. The cars are gorgeous enough, and I would love to play with them in the way they were designed by the manufacturer. I feel that with too much customisation it would turn into a NFS:U...
Seriously, do sales figures really determine how much you enjoy a given game? Does it impact the pleasure you gain from the sweet feeling of finishing a game? Do they come to mind when you manage to pull off a sweet combo or kill the final boss? As the final credits roll on a game i'm sure the last thing we think about is "gee whizz mister, I wonder how many *insert console name* consoles were sold this month." Gaming is about doing what we love to do as gamers, and that is play...
