Not bad, I had a feeling these would come to the switch after revs 1 and 2 got released.
May pick up 0 if the cost is right.
Is name changing really a dire feature? There's a lot to lose over the gains. That I'd be skeptical in doing it.
I can't really agree with that. I got a 4k TV first then got the pro. The difference between standard and TV upscaling Vs 1440p upscale is minimal. Not many games run true 4k on the PS4 pro to get excited over its 4k capability.
It's a tad sharper. But I wish I stuck with the standard and put the cash towards an X to see if that was any better with performance.
7.2" phone. I'm really unsure who that would be aimed at. The note 9 for me is a tad large. But is in that perfect size for pocket media. I doubt I'd carry around a tablet as my main phone design. (Or is the mate series a tablet and not a phone?).
They may have good products but their quality control sucks. P20 pro my friend recently got and it just feels like something is wrong with the OS. Like a cheap Chinese phone at times where it doesn't want to play smoothly.
I was tempted in getting a p20 pro going from a Samsung s8, I'm glad I didn't. Ended up with the note 9 which is a great phone (but tbh any phablet with dual speakers would've done me).
Glad botw wasn't first. Link to the past is my fav Zelda game as well. Nothing comes close.
A link between worlds would've been great if they didn't give you every item at the start of the game. Ruined direction
Shenmue 1 and 2 could've used a better update. Controls are out dated and combat is pretty dire.
I remember these being master pieces but during those days those controls were all we were used too.
Now with dual analogue gaming and better 3d movement. Those games are horrible to navigate through.
Shame we didn't get a better remaster to one of the few titles that truly deserve it.
Little lazy with the joy cons.
Glad I don't need another switch, and with the lack of jotcon art. I can skip this without feeling the need to own!
When people want the game day one at hour 00:00 what way to get that guaranteed?
You go digital and most the time nothing goes wrong.
Go physical and you get either an early release, same day release or a slow stock and miss out 2-3 days.
It's no surprising this has better digital sales over physical.
I tried the free 7 day thing for darksouls beta. Didn't like the game, so tried the online freebies. Rushed through a couple of minutes in each but none were to my interest. I'd wait till SNES titles are introduced in the service.
Fallout is like Skyrim. Open world, quest, story based.
Botw is similar and so is the Witcher 3.
Dragon age inquisition I'd say feels fairly close to a Skyrim sort of game.
World of Warcraft is kinda looking at it the right way.
Most of the list I'd be like... So you're just comparing open world games now? Where's GTA?
Wished they had announced a switch release for the handsome jack collection.
This will make me motion sickness but I do wanna try it out!
I remember everyone going mad over skyrim. I played it when it came out, didn't complete it and went exploring for hours/days got bored eventually and forgot about it. It came out in the switch, I got it again, played it for about 55 hours. Was fun, but it wasn't this holy grail of a game. It was nice to explore but the leveling system was rubbish.
So I completely agree with your comment. People must be oblivious to the rinse and repeat designs of Bethesda.
Sadly this looks too much of the same. Looks like a dlc to fallout 4.
Not in a bad way. But fallout hasn't really changed much in the past years. It's almost the same game on a poor engine, full of bugs, poor physics etc.
Shame Bethesda continue to just rinse and repeat their games.
I feel ill skip this one because it looks too much like fo4 with multiplayer.
Nintendo are stupid at times. They didn't want streamimg apps on the device because "everyone has other devices they can use for that purpose.."
It was to try stop people getting internet access and hacking the tablet at every angle.
The phone app, Ive not used and doubt I will for a long time. But it's just a bad excuse for a bandaid Fix.
Next gen I'll hold off. If it's anything like this gen. I'll go for the Xbox side. Games fall in prices quicker and that's better for me as I don't really do day one.
Also Xbox live prices online have been £20/year at one point.
The one X looks the part and ticks all the boxes for me. But I had a PS4 pro for a while that I didn't buy the 2nd console (PS4 pro is a poor upgrade over PS4 original).
Loved the originals but this remaster is horrible. Sound pops in and out. Controls are really horrible (they were horrible way back when as well but now adays it's bad).
My nostalgia glasses were on real tight before I played this...
Being a fan of shenmue. I recently began playing the remaster. The game feels horrible with controls. Just navigating the city is horrible, fighting controls are rubbish as well. I'm shocked I would say this, but the game isn't what I remember.
Wow, what a pathetic reply. You get angry because I am considering to pick ups Microsoft console next gen because they offer more for the gamer?
Fuck me, you sound like a special kind of person.
Also for your info, I have a PS4 pro , a Nintendo Switch and a gaming PC.
So your comment is just beyond retarded.
I agree. If they were to release a Switch pro next year. I'd hold out and keep my switch OG, and wait for the switch 2.
I fell for Sony's PS4 pro and was disappointed in cost to improvement. But that was what 2-3 years after release so didn't sting as much. But the switch is a year old and an upgrade so soon would hurt trust.
If it's same spec different processor. Makes sense to block the exploits. But an actual upgrade, I would be hesita...
