Why sell a new game when everything is a cosmetic dlc.
Tbh, rocket league could adapt to a racer. Remember when GTA brought out those racing tracks in the sky. Rocket league could do a Mario kart spin off dlc.
Shame really, as I would've loved to pick up some virtual console titles on the switch. These re-make consoles don't interest me in the slightest.
From what I remember of this game, was the world design was shallow. You'd drive from A to B and see very little amount of buildings, and when you did, they were rather small.
It was an open world sandbox with very little to do. The concept of destruction was cool, but the original was a let down. I was rather shocked they remastered it.
Online PvP was a great concept as well with destroying everything to ruin cover though.
Only a month away! Curious to see when Shenmue 3 is releasing! Just had my survey from kickstarter to pick my add-ons etc. Hopefully that's a sign of confidence in development.
It doesn't effect me. But it should never really be an issue in the first place. Where technology permits, we shouldn't have companies then deny us that option.

Truthfully I tend to stay away from the hype. It was the same with days gone and now look at the worry.
We also had that same hype with destiny, the division and no man's sky. Look what we got in return .
The only game I regret not following the hype was the last of us and I ended up getting a copy months after release on my birthday. Man I wished I pre-ordered the statue edition instead.

I really enjoyed uncharted 4 and was disappointed to see the ending. It really shows the end of the drakes storyline. But if they went back and pick an adventure from a younger drake I'd be all over it.
The sarcastic sense of humour was great and I loved each cut scene and dialogue section.
I've not played the new expansion. So no idea how Naughty dog have done with a female cast.
Wasn't a huge fan of Tomb raider so hopefully it do...
I'd rather they get ports of 3rd party and stop with the crap indie games that keep popping up. Some are really badly made and charging 3+ bucks for them.
Truthfully, we are at a stage in technology that this really shouldn't be an issue.
It's only a minor thing this time. But watch come the ps5, what else could we be told we can't have.
Remember when Microsoft was winning last gen and they were so confident over the Xbox 360 sales. That before the Xbox one released they were like "no more used games, period."
What would we do if Sony did something similar and were refusing ...
The biggest issue for me is how Sony's handled it's lack of backwards compatibility. They took what Microsoft was offering, added their own stubbornness and charged us for a poor service (psnow).
It could've been a selling point at a cheaper price per month, or an even better one as a free backwards compatible machine.
These issues haven't ruined Sony, but things like that shows they aren't listening to their community and they believe they know...
Tbh, there isn't any real loss for cross play being on the ps4. This means older games could have a larger community/player base to support them for longer.
It's something they can advertise as team Sony Vs Team Microsoft etc.
It's just their stubbornness that holds this back. Along with their digital psnow as their 'backwards compatibility' library.
Re4 is an over hyped game.
Honestly when I first saw the preview of the guy exploring collecting items I was intrigued. Then he was running about shooting loads of horde. I felt it would be another dead rising. I lost a lot of interested in the 2nd half off that video. I'll grab it after release and reviews kicked in, but wasn't something I followed much.
It looks more of the same but now with multiplayer. Unsure if I'm wanting this one or not.

It was heavily scripted in the gameplay section. It does look really good though.
I watched a couple of minutes and turned it off. There wasn't enough going early on in the video. I'll wait for the game to come out and read a review before buying. Not currently hyped in this title.
It felt like we just re-watched the Pokémon trailer. But it seems to have a live gameplay press currently (an hour after the show).
If their quality games then go for it. But there are a few questionable indie games on the Switch at the moment that you know they were just released for a quick buck.
I have started to feel Nintendo's quality has dropped since opening up to so many indie devs.
