@edgeofblade Sh!t you're right. That's a total hose-job.
Wii is the only console in history that sells you controllers in 2 pieces. Why do they get away with this?
I wasn't trying to take the high road, no. That's not my job. I do consider it their job though.
As a PS supporter, I am embarrassed by such behaviour. As a gamer, I think their game genuinely sucks.
Hey Ben.. We don't like MS shootin' crap about the competition. We'd appreciate if you shut your worthless trap too.
Thanks.
P.S. Your game sucks.
Oh boy!
I'd play a Macbeth game.
Assures
Yeah sure guy! Wow.
You're right though. Human intelligence is proportional to one's gamerscore. I mean, Stephen Hawking's GS is like 42000, right?
MS points aren't going anywhere. Despite what Aaron D-bag would like you to think, their purpose is to explicitly deceive people. Specifically those outside of the US. You see, MS points lets MS promote a product according to US currency, all the while charging foreign markets an inflated price, over the exchange rate. And for the most part, no one is the wiser.
Decorum. Microsoft doesn't have it.
Actually in a lot of places you can't. Wii Remotes aren't stocked everywhere that the combo pack is. Why would they let you pay $45 for a controller when they can force you to pay $60 with the promise of a 'game'? Nintendo probably gives the retailers a cut of the difference.
It comes with every Wiimote you buy. How many do you need?
It's also the most thrown out 'game' in history.
Also, AOL starter discs are apparently the best selling software of all time. OF ALL TIME!
At this point, you might as well play Halo.
That argument doesn't take into consideration the amount of Apps downloaded which have absolutely nothing to do with gaming, or were free. So you might as well try and tell people that Newgrounds or Facebook has revolutionized gaming.
I was downloading content directly to my PSP via the PS Store before the iPhone existed. Obviously the App Store is better, being available anywhere over 3G (if you HAVE 3G), but that's almost a moot point considering the 10MB data cap over 3G. If t...
The App Store, which opened in July 2008? Preceded by almost 2 years by PSN and over 3 years by XBLM?
Yes.. indeed.
Has Apple ever revolutionized gaming? As an iPhone proponent, I confidently say: "No."
The biggest impact Apple has ever had on gaming was letting Bungie and Halo slip away to Microsoft.
Uh.. Maybe Microsoft's ultimate blow to Apple?
Naaaaah!
