I didn't enjoy the demo. I found it boring and repetitive. At least what I played of it, since I didn't finish it. I don't like demos to actually spoil the game, just give a taste of it.
It's strange too because I quite liked 13, in spite of all the valid criticisms. I just don't think the demo was a well selected cross-section of the game. One thing I did absolutely hate about 13 was the music and boy have they done nothing to improve it.

I would agree if it was my own install of Windows.. but it's someone else's sitting somewhere on a server. It doesn't give me access to everything on my own computer.. so it's rather useless if you ask me. And for $10 a month JUST for windows on iPad? Requiring a solid network connection just to use it. Sorry I had meant to specifically say "Big players". Obviously the smaller players that release the majority of their content only in Japan can count on them, or they wouldn't be in business. Though their business isn't as large as it could be.

At this point, the only people who can count on Japan are Capcom with Monster Hunter, Square Enix with Dragon Quest and Nintendo.

For many reasons since even before the official announcement of TM, David Jaffe has personally talked me into a new purchase of TM to support him and the fine folks at Eat, Sleep, Play. There just aren't enough honest, open-hearted devs out there.
His personal denouncement of SOPA has left TM as the single pre-order I have left in 2012.
My hat is off to David Jaffe, despite anything people have to say about the guy.

Anyone who honestly believes Uncharted 3 had a good story has no idea what a good story really is. They need to put down the controller and pick up a few good books. At this point, I think that includes Amy Hennig.
Everything else in Uncharted 3 was pretty damn awesome. (Though the original aiming was rather crappy.) The music is particularly great and I think it deserves far more credit than it gets. Especially compared to the writing.

To me, the concept of survival seems inseparable in many ways from the concept of horror.
I honestly believe Ubi has been milking the Ezio story line as an interim solution for the delay of next-gen hardware.
I'm willing to bet that we won't see anything regarding AC3 until we hear from the platform holders. Ubisoft have been particularly vocal about wanting new hardware.

Naughty Dog is probably done with the series. I have a feeling that they'll start something fresh looking forward to PS4. I have a strong feeling that whatever it is, the Uncharted cast will be involved, some how.
