Completely agree. Obviously ruled by a judge who doesn't understand videogames because the patents they were granted could be applied to countless games before and after the advent of Pokémon.

Shame you won't get to enjoy what's likely to be a really good game because of your preconceived notions. I thought you lot were against reactionaries?

I wonder what the proportion of overall budget accounts for casting. Would be interesting to know if it really has that much of an impact.

I think your scope is too limited here. This isn't strictly an entertainment industry or an AI problem, this is a capitalism problem. By that I mean this is about chasing margin by drilling costs down. AI is attractive to these people because it's a cheap alternative that regulators have failed to, so far, protect against. No human to negotiate royalties and licensing with, just generate, implement and profit, easy.

The same problems exist in manufacturing, food pr...

It's the game that swayed me to buy a Pro. I thought it's a stupid price but I want to experience this game in the best possible way and that is ultimately on PS5 Pro

This government sucks. The last government sucked. The next government looks like it will also suck and embolden bigots whilst they're at it. Can we have an option that doesn't suck please? May as well just stick the lobbyists in power at this rate and cut out the middle man

This is something that irked me throughout the criticisms of Cyberpunk. Not saying it wasn't a state but that people omitted the fact that literally their previous game had loads of issues at launch that they slowly chipped away at over months of patching.

But even setups with top hardware suffer frame rate issues and stuttering on certain UE5 games. This suggests something more than simply optimisation issues.

I think maybe it would be more fair to say people who buy into tribalistic and binary politics are usually unintelligent. There are a lot of valid reasons to hate others these days. Justifying a genocide being one of them.

With respect @Venom, that's absolute bullshit. You just gave your opinion and it wasn't asked for. Why do you think others shouldn't voice theirs in lieu of explicit request?

'Thing make money, do more thing' without any of the necessary understanding or insight as to why something was successful in the first place. Whether it's live services or EVs, the world is full of moronic and/or greedy CEOs.

It's not about whether or not they're in profit it's about whether the profit can be bigger. That's literally it and they'll not stop until they overload their workforce to the point of failure.

I mean, NVIDIA are building a supercomputer for a nation currently committing genocide. There's always some shit these tech corps are involved in.

This is the first I'm hearing of it and I'm fairly plugged in. That says a lot.
