"world premiere" can be lots of things. It just means something is shown for the first time, that could mean the sixth trailer for a well known title.

The PS4 can't play PS3 games natively without having a PS3 built in with all it's processors. This would jump up the price and size by a lot, and although some people would appreciate it, it wasn't worth it for Sony.
