Jmac isn't wrong, the most known tale of a draug is that of a fisherman who drowned people at sea. But there are also land-draugs. They are reanimate corpses. Hateful undead with magic capabilities. But I think you're mixing them up with Nøkken who could transform, as I know of no story where a draug turns into an animal. Perhaps you could link to one?
I believe it's been technically downgraded on all platforms, I strongly doubt even the PC version will look as good as the first trailer. It probably became unfeasible for them considering the scope, time and price.

That's because the game is a port from PS3 and Vita (may be available on other platforms as well) and it's the same there. But there it launched and the DLC came later, on the Nintendo versions they should have bundled it.

To be honest, I'm not taken by it. Perhaps when I've played some more, but I'm just not feeling it at the moment. Maybe it's because I've fallen out of love with the genre as a whole, but it hasn't lived up to the hype for me. Could be the lack of content, it just feels a bit shallow. So I'm in the good, but not great camp.
Give us some gameplay details already, I want to know if there's actually reason to be hyped or if it'll just be a technical showcase.
E3 should put things right.
