Well Elden ring has 16 times the detail....I mean content more than other RPG games in recent years. Also making the choices of builds so vast and lively open world is something that other games should strife for. Usually even now the open worlds usually feel like empty voids.

It could be that certain parts are the ones giving them a headache in the production, so these changes could just be made by A) making it cheaper B) able to produce more units. For example we have ordered hundreds laptops which have 8-12 month delay, docking stations 6 month delay, LTE cards 4 month delay. Also when we order repairs of certain parts, they used to take max 2 weeks if the part had to be ordered. Now it's 1-2 months.
How about make it backwards compatible with more graphics power, basically that is all you need.

They never were great in graphics department and the they were technically flawed. The carrying power was always the art style and gameplay. Still I think it would be stupid to compare linear PS5 only game to a multiplatform open sandbox game that is also being made for last gen.

Yes GoW 2018 was a good game, but best of all time, no. Lack of variety in enemies, only couple actual bosses and copy paste bosses. It did not feel entirely complete.
