Yes that's true but they don't have to ban the console and all accounts on it do they now.... Why can't they just ban the account used for the content instead of having the person lose their main account that could have years of content associated to it and force them to pay a new console and not even get to access their account again.
It's like stealing a game from a shop the most you will probably get is a fine/warning/record not a jail sentence for a couple...

Oh I see now :) We're in the same boat ;) Cinnamon/Pantheon/Mate/Xfce for me. Windows is just for work mainly for me not powerful enough for gaming atm. But yh sorry for the off topic and assumption.

Nvidia Cloudlight is also a tech demo, used GPU's for the rendering and was done in July 2013 in a controlled environment.

That could work really well for Sony because the XB1 Fifa/Forza Day one editions were limited stock and are mostly sold out now. I hope this is a standard bundle that stays as this is what I would buy when I come to get a PS4.
You know you don't have to see metro or even deal with it if you wanted to right. There are lots of apps like Classic shell, Start8 that will boot to the desktop and can even disable the charm menus at the sides and will return the start button. I do agree Metro is a mess on a desktop it doesn't work well with a mouse none is it efficient for apps because most apps will take you straight to the desktop anyway but Windows 8 is quite good once you ignore metro IMO.
:( Sad future it is because we would in time lose all rights to purchasing and will merely be renting them monthly with a netflix like sub hopefully it will be cheap though if not the future for gaming is not so awesome.
Oh my that looks beautiful am really loving the black and MS's new UX design. It's simple & functional. This kind of design really works great with a controller and touch.
Maybe he's referring to it in an indirect manner as due to the offloading to the cloud more power will be available locally to do other things.... If not I don't totally believe it until it's shown in a game because things like nvidia's grid/amd's radeon sky/onlive/gaikai are all mainly GPU based.
If this is all true then it will must likely be only used in MP only games like titanfall I don't see this working in SP as they don't have mandatory drm...

In this case I have to disagree the media is to blame here.
