Wooow you are back to this BS again. SMH. Even after an XB1 system architect has come out and said both systems are using sea island series a.k.a OEM rebrands of the HD7* series. Yh agreed SniperControl we are not going to see 4K titles on either system for AAA titles just maybe some small games on XB1 might do it in future as Sony has said it's 1080p only for games.

On consoles devs will choose what they go for because they choose the settings and effects for their games during development and a compromise has to be made somewhere whether be it performance or graphic effects.
If the framerate is locked at 30fps but doesn't dip that dramatically then you can still get a great experience. It's not like at 60fps it doesn't dip as well. IMO it's how stable the framerate is that matters rather than the number it's running ...
Yh but it's a good one because the original leaked PS4 devkit with 4GB GDDR5 was using 2 steamroller cores and the first APU to use HSA will be Kaveri which uses GCN & steamroller cpu cores.
As this blogspot shows both are using Onion bus. So it's fair to think PS4 has HSA.
Am not that techy but anyone can see the similarities based on the leaked info which has been mostly true.

No we are realistic and see 4K for AAA games wouldn't happen on either console they are not powerful enough. Seeing as something like a single titan struggles with it at high settings how you expect the next-gen consoles to run 4K AAA games is funny when a GPU of 3x+ power can't.
