This is from the EU PS Blog.
"The Expansion Speed pack contains three extra tracks, with three track variants, three previously unseen vehicles and a Speed mini-festival featuring 48 new brutal events. There are also plenty of unlockable rewards, and new trophies to be gained too."
It's £4.79 in the UK ($9.99 in Us obviously) - seems worth it to me.
GOW3 will sell systems and it'd sell a lot of systems along with a price cut but tbh I think a price cut + GT5 would shift a hell of a lot more consoles.
Can't wait for GOW3 to be released though, thankfully I already own a PS3 and will only have to pay for the game :)
Firefox is awesome and I do notice and appreciate the improvements in this new version.
Not nearly as many as automatically updated versions of IE would be my guess.
Can't say I'm worried or even disappointed tbh, Valve to me have always made games that are best experienced on the PC. I have a 360 aswell but I think Valve's games are just a better experience on PC.
I think the name of the website says more about these people than I could.
Who approves this garbage?
Don't forget the new Castlevania game and Dante's Inferno
I am 99% certain I read that they have done some work on the camera so it should be better.
I think the game might use a different engine and the original Sigma was a pretty good looking game imo, so hopefully this one should be better than NGS1 which if it is should be good looking.
But yeah we don't know everything just yet I don't think so best to reserve judgement until we know more. I didn't own a 360 at the time of NG2's release although I own one now but with ...
If you liked the 360 version, trade it in for the PS3 version since there's extra content like other playable characters, different bosses and co-op play.
Cole uses shockwave, Alex falls down. Cole bio leeches Alex.
Game over.
I know it's fun to laugh at the idiocy Pachter comes off with but can we please stop approving anything this clown comes off with?
I think it's hilarious that Activision whine about the price of the PS3 and then come out with overly expensive products like this.
Get yer act together, Activision.
I'll believe it when I see it, although I'm certain we'll get full BC at some point.
Actually from Sony's point of view it was a smart move.
They were losing money on each PS3 sold so what they did was remove BC from the PS3 which kept PS2 sales alive, they were making profit on the PS2 and PSP hardware sales and these were used to help negate the loss being made by PS3 sales and enabled them to bring the price down from a $500 and $600 price point to $100 less for each version of the PS3.
When you think about it from sony's perspective it was a sma...
I'd love some PS2 games that I maybe wasn't into back then to make their way to the PSN at some point.
I never got to play Icio or SOTC and a few other games that I can't be bothered going and hunting down.
Would be awesome if this came to fruition.
I honestly can't imagine how you'd play games like God of War, Uncharted, Ninja Gaiden, Fifa/PES, Madden etc. the way they are now with something like Natal or even Sony's controller. Not to mention playing the likes of Gran Turismo or Forza or w/e without any sort of force feedback controller, be it the dualshock/360 pad or a force feedback wheel
I also like sitting down and just chilling out playing so I really hope not.
I just can't see motion controls working we...
bubbles for making me laugh
I think I'm done clicking into PS3 firmware related articles until it's got to do with an actual official announcement from Sony.
I'm just tired of reading speculation and stupidity.
I think that MS showed a lot of things that fans of the system will have loved but to me, historic is going a wee bit too far.
Having Paul and Ringo on stage was a big coup but the two of them seemed lost and not really knowing why the hell they were there.
I think Greenberg, from both this interview and the audio interview that Torrence Davis of the bitbag did with him is actually a pretty decent guy and he probably does enjoy his PS3 because whether or not you disl...
It's £4.79 alright mate, I bought it this morning :)
And I agree, they usually price stuf a little high but for what you get in the pack I think it's worth that price.
