Honestly that demo doesn't do the game justice at all.
Pick up the full game, it's fantastic.
Well done on the article, it really is a good read.
Don#t be put off by the website name and it maybe not being so well known, this is a very good read with no real criticism of any company or console, and it's also not about Alan Wake as the title and the article picture may suggest. It's more about exclusivity in video games over the years from the author's perspective while growing up.
A very very good read indeed, glad I clicked through to read.
The only thing that worries me about needing glasses for a 3D set is that I already wear glasses for sitting at the computer/watching TV. If they can sit comfortably on top of my own glasses then no problems here.
I'm kind of tempted to wait for a while and see if in a couple of years there are 3D TV's that don't require glasses.
I'm most definitely interested in 3D but I only bought a good HD TV less than 2 years ago so don't quite want to spend more money on another one, although I must admit I am very very tempted to lol.
But yeah the next TV I buy will indeed be 3D capable.
I'm sure Gears 3 will be an overall technical improvement over Gears 2 in every aspect. I'd be disappointed otherwise.
I hope the 360 isn't tapped out either. I have one sitting next to my PS3 but it's not really the lack of big graphical/technical jumps that bothers me with my 360 right now. It's compelling exclusive games that I can only get on 360 that I want more than anything else. All this times exclusive DLC crap doesn't interest me.

Sony aren't the only ones pushing it. There are 3rd party publishers also working on 3D games. Crytek are working on getting 3D properly implemented into Crysis 2 I believe. And I mean native 3D support in the game, not just adding it in so it can be viewed with those funny coloured glasses.
I LOVED the first game immensely. Cannot wait for the game itself never mind this video lol.
This is a pretty good article but my only gripe is why are Last.fm, ESPN and MLB.tv categories all on their own? Surely they should have just been grouped in some kind of "services" category. I was going to say that they should then have gone on to add categories for BBC iPlayer, Mubi and Sky Player but realised this is clearly based solely on the US.
Good article overall but there's not much point pitting them against each other. If you own a 360 and want to ...
That's because you have G rated equipment meaning that you're not seeing the benefits of your N rated router.
Those weren't active shutter 3D glasses though.
How did this get approved? It's just another website posting the same quote from the same week old interview for about the 10th time.
I really don't mind that he lied about the game not existing. The surprise at E3 totally justified it and the way we were surprised with it was awesome!
BIG props to Pereira and G4 for this coverage.
The inclusion of Wireless N is indeed a nice feature but Wi-Fi for gaming is simply not the way to go. Wireless technology, even the newest N standard is still susceptible to environmental interference.
I used the wifi on my PS3 for a while and it simply was just not reliable, the same goes for the numerous laptops I've used on my own network. Not to mention the thousands of people I spoke to during my time in tech support for a large ISP.

I have to say, some of the multi plat games have been pushing me towards the PC version (if there is one) recently.
GT5: Prologue isn't exactly GT5 though.
Actually parts of God of War 3 DO run at 60fps but other parts lower because there is so much going on at once.
GT5 even runs at 60FPS and at 1080p in 3D lol.
The SE/Eidos pack is pretty damn crazy too
That video was awesome although I really miss the old Cole's voice.
Can't wait to see the HD version of the trailer, the only bad thing about the one I just watched is that the youtube video itself was pretty poor quality.
What an awesome trailer though, I'll be watching that a LOT
