That entire section is actually put in there to LIMIT the amount of retaliation a person could do to another legally. As we can still see today in some countries the punishment does not fit the crime. Steal a jawbreaker, death. Spit on the sidewalk, death. This stuff has been misinterpreted for years.

Absolutely love it! I'm going to be on a 14 hour plane trip next week and wanted a more puzzle oriented game to take with me. I'm so glad I did!
But when I turned off the blur the crowd models looked terrible. I just chalked it up to being an inferior port from the 360, but it looks like that wasn't the case. Someone mentioned playability over graphics above, that's true in a lot of cases, its just I can see SO much of the bad graphics :)
Any game system trying to look photorealistic in HD has a tough row to hoe.
I just can't stand the fake blurring in a mock depth of field. I've disliked it in every 2k title this year. I really have to question why they keep at it. On a big screen HDTV the last thing I want to see is blur. Especially really high def blur lol.

As was mentioned before, taking the signal from digital to analog to digital back to analog is just silly.
I'll have to wait on Iphone 2. I can't deal with just EDGE networking, I need real 3G. Its a shame they skimped on this.

The PS3 has changed how I use my living room. I love being able to pop out my SD Card from my camera, pop it in the PS3 and show people my photos on the big screen. I love being able to watch internet streaming video while lounging on my couch. This is the kind of stuff people have no idea that the PS3 can do.
Add that, to gaming, to wireless everything, and its just great! Sadly no commercial ever shows its true potential.

Yeah, that may be too strange for the market at large. We need a glove of some sort that people are familiar with that has feedback in it for touch. Or better yet some kind of electro-neural interface. Of course once your PC is interacting with your own nervous system, you better have one heck of a good surge protector on it :)

There are zero Wendy's left. Hundreds boarded up and shut down in one day. Its pretty crazy :)
On the 62" DLP 1080p set I can see banding and artifacting in normal dvds. Watching Star Wars in the desert of Tatoine was painful because of it. Its sad because I have a huge DVD library. I think that more and more people are going to start bumping into this as larger HDTVs come out. They'll have to go to one format or the other.
and absolutely love it! Its a great phone, gets the best reception I've ever had on a phone, and its FAST on the 3G data network. Pretty much everything I need. :)
