He didn't have enough money for a Mac :P

But he did have enough money for a much more powerful laptop :)

@KenAdamsNSA: You must not have read the news about the DLC very well, or at all.

It's not that it was buggy, it's that for the consoles peoples downloads were being corrupted. Leading to glitched up DLC for people. It wasn't the content they created that was buggy.

Lol, it happened to me a week ago. I just used a keygen and found a new unblocked key :P

Looks good to me, I don't really care if it's 3rd person. And also don't care if it's toned down on consoles, because I'll be playing it on my PC, as usual :)

Yeah can't wait for the Postal 3 game. 1 and 2 were awesome.

I would hardly call OnLive high-def gaming". 720p is the lowest of high-def and doesn't really even deserve the term. If they could deliver 1080i, then yeah perhaps. But the day they can deliver 1980x1200 is the day they can say hi-def and play with the big boys of PC Gaming :)

It's called a router.

@Tempist: This program doesn't kill any processes that are running. It just set's the priority of the game your using to higher. And also flushes the RAM of junk data that's no longer needed, helping keep your game running smoothly.

To your Note: ATI's software comes with a built in Overclocker. But there's also AtiTrayTools which bring a ton more options to fool around with :P.

Woo, go Nvidia! Intel needs to stop trying to control the industry so much. I realize they want to do everything they can to keep profits up and remain the leader. But they shouldn't do that by being sneaky and greedy. They should do that through actually bringing out products that keep them ahead. They are scared of Nvidia's prospects and thus want to cut them off, instead of seeing who can actually bring the best product in the future.

Yeah there have been many programs and ways to do these things separately. It's nice to see a program that has those functions bundled into one.

Then maybe you should look around a little more cause that's quite false. Just because the ones you've used didn't have great sound quality, doesn't mean all non Apple laptops do also haha. Especially if you choose to build your laptop on a site that allows you to choose the parts.

For someone who is supposed to know a lot about sound, you don't seem to know very much about speakers and sound cards lol. If your indeed a professional in that industry, then you should be going for a ...

Oh and what degree would that be? (waits for you to google it)

And as I said, I've seen the tear down and specifications of a few different Mac's. Including the Air and current Pro. It's hardly top of the line. You can get laptops with better quality. That's the things about PC's.. You have a choice of what parts you want :).

You didn't seem to look at the price of buying an iPhone without a contract. It's very expensive.

The keyboard nicer? lol. The underlying tech of keyboards is pretty much the same across all laptop's. With some slight variation. But there are tons that are just as good, if not better than a mac's. What are you comparing the sounds to? Your saying you have compared a Mac with the sound of most other laptops? haha. The speakers on Mac's are normal quality speakers, I've seen the te...

169 Euro? Hmm, I went and took a look, seems it's 342 euro. That's 451.615 USD.

There's a difference between minimalism and innovation. Apple practices minimalism, not innovation. They try to make hardware and software as simple as possible so that even idiots can use it. Instead of people actually learning something. People too often confuse Apples minimalism as innovation. Anyone can be minimalistic with design. It's merely taking something down to it's basics.

@chrisnick: Yep, one of the reasons it wasn't as big of a hit in Japan. In Japan they have had phones with this kind of technology years before. And even more advanced tech we still don't have.

Hardware wise they are actually overpriced.

Ignorant of the facts and blinded by ones love for Apple = better?
PC fanboy's aren't generally just a fan of Microsoft. They are a fan of the idea that is the PC. One that's built on freedom of choice. Being able to install whatever OS you want on the PC, without having to hack it. And being able to create a PC to your liking, the parts you want, for much less cash.

Mmmm, great article. They did a good job of showing the bias and ignorance of those sites.

Now for the onslaught of people making wild and ridiculous claims here to back up their love for a brand.

(Note: The no Virus's argument is inherently pointless. Because the only real reason Mac's have a much less chance of virus's is because of it's percentage of use by the world. Hackers make virus's targeted towards the biggest audience. So they can maximize data retrieval a...

Wrong. 1920x1200 is the max gamers play on. The resolution your talking about is ridiculous, and there aren't even computer monitors in the market that can display that resolution. Although they are getting close.
