Luke Smith mentioned they're looking in to that.
Thriller dance and then...that backstreet boys looking one.
Pretty funny if you ask me and if people spend money on that resulting in free DLC later, everyone wins.

Beat Bungie at it's own game in what way?
For all it's faults, Destiny's gameplay (nothing else, just gameplay) IS an evolution on what they began with Halo. The mechanics in that game are super satisfying, which is why so many people kept playing despite it being so lacking in other areas during year 1.
Anyway, this game will be huge regardless of reviews. I expect it's MP to go strong for a long time. Campaign wil...
These mixed reviews get more comments, it's always been this way.
Toronto Sun is a newspaper and not a very good one. They do typically review every major release though and for some reason Metacritic uses them.
Destructoid is a major gaming site and has been around a long time.
Nothing wrong with this scoring in the 85 range. Regardless of reviews, the MP is going to go strong for a LONG time.
...really? It's a series about Assassins. How would you possibly market that to children?
For what it's worth, kids 13+ already would like the series. Any younger makes absolutely no sense.
Yeah her elbows were super pointy right? What's up with that?
I rank her an UC1 out of UC2
Bungie has one of the best art teams in the business and their lighting and particle effects are amazing, not many games look better than Destiny in action.
Doesn't mean Halo won't look great, it runs at 60 FPS after all. It's certainly a change of pace from what you expect in a new Halo game, which is "best in class visuals", but the decision to go 60 makes a ton of sense.
One thing that Destiny does well, which gives the single player ...
Nathan Fillion...fireteam Osiris..."Guardians" .
It's really funny how much overlap there is between this game and Destiny. Not surprising at all though, of course.
Compared to Killstreak rewards in CoD where you just select an area of the map to be bombarded, supers aren't that bad. At least you have to use them strategically/at the right time to get big multikills.
Unless you're a Sunbreaker of course. Then you just get free god mode for 20 seconds :P
Yeah, nothing hotter than a pube hair in your mouth.
Certainly one of the least offensive microtransaction practices out there, which is what I felt with Bungie's handling of the ones added to Destiny.
I expect most gamers will still complain, but they really don't understand how the industry works, as evidenced by comments on Destiny articles the last few days.
Would you rather they keep charging you for future DLCs, or give you the option to buy cosmetic items that don't affect the game and release free DLCs?
How can anyone defend it? They're releasing the next couple story DLCs for free because of this.
They're fucking emotes, who cares?
Also, they even gave everyone enough to buy 2 for free.
This is one of the least offensive microtransaction practices in the industry.
It's optional dances and likely shaders in the future.
And you get the next "story DLCs" for free.
That's worse than what they did last year in your opinion? Come on.
This has been refuted, glad the site updated it.
Everything is either cosmetic or for new players who want to "catch up" faster.
Not a terrible way to do microtransactions if it means free future story content, strikes, MP maps, etc.
I'm trying to grasp how this works, do these microtransactions give you weapons or abilities?
I like how Bungie introduced microtransactions in Destiny - everything is cosmetic. Emotes, shaders, etc. No in game advantage and future story/crucible maps are free for the next year.
You're aware the blasters aren't hitscan right? You have to account for bullet travel time. Lead players when they're running.
Pew pew pew!
Higher mark for gameplay given to Live? I've played both, can't agree with that at all. 2K still has them beat by a fair margin there.
That's not how it works. You get them for free just by getting kills in PVE or PVP to "fill your bag". Can do it as many times as you want.
