Looks promising; thanks for the heads-up.
I hear ya. The experience would be too diluted on a console.
This mod makes me want to build a gaming rig. Persistent world servers, where death is absolute and players make the story, sounds amazing. The psychology of forming fragile alliances is fascinating. I wish there was an experience like this on console (the closest thing we have is the Undead Nightmare expansion for RDR)
Touché
Awesome. I loved the beta; will definitively pick this up. A space western, in the spirit of Warhawk, with elements of TPS and RTS combined is a sure-fire winner. Hope to see you online.
I really enjoyed I AM Alive. Approached with the right mindset, the concept is fantastic; the first time you experience the innovative climbing/combat mechanics is memorable.
Sadly, it does give the impression of a game that wasn’t quite finished.
Multiplayer survival servers could have been fun.
Review score is spot on for me.
At £6.49/$9.99 it's worth trying out if you have a Move controller - first time I've used mine in over a year (",)
In all honesty, the SixAxis does really hamper the overall experience. One positive is that you only need the motion controller, not the navigation controller, and the Move starter packs have come down in price lately (although this title still wouldnt justify the cost)
I sympathise with those who may become frustrated by episodic release schedule. I just liken it to the comic/TV show and approach it in the same way, the main difference being that you can re-roll with different choices.
There’s three save files, so (a la Mass Effect) you can play Renegade, Paragon and the strong silent type, concurrently.
Worthy winners; congrats.
The original SOCOM was what drew me to console gaming back in '02. I followed the development of Unit 13 pretty closely but have yet to purchase.
Anyone else noticed that the Vita's release calendar has gone off the boil lately? It started strong, but I haven't found a reason to pick mine up in weeks.
Whilst I was blown away by what thechineseroom managed to achieve with rather dated tech, I did find Dear Esther to be one of be most passives experiences in a video game to date. I thoroughly enjoyed it, but found I was unable to engage at any kind of emotional level due to It's brevity.
Thanks for the heads-up. This somehow managed to slip under my radar. Some interesting ideas here. Monster Hunter and Dark Souls bring out my masochistic side, so if Dragon’s Dogma mixes elements from the two, I’m all over it.
I saw a vlog recently which showcased the day/night cycle and the emphasis on finding refuge before dusk. The difficulty racks up exponentially after dark.
Perfectly balanced review; thanks for sharing.
I’m now past the point of no return and locked into the final mission. Expectations have been suitably managed in regards to the ending, but I’m approaching it from the perspective that Mass Effect 3 ‘is’ the ending – it’s one big ending.
I’ve also found the whole experience deeply affecting. As someone who has ported my character through 100 hours of game time, I’m now being forced to make some impossible d...
Nice concept. Aesthetically, it looks like a prototype DS without the lid.
Price point seems fair, although would consumers be able to add their own games or would they be tied to Blaze's online store?
I'll probably pick one up.. Although for portbale retro gaming, a second hand GB Micro off eBay would an alternative.
Thanks. It would certainly be a shame for Fez's exposure to suffer at the hands of its own creator. People say that any publicity is 'good publicity', but the creative industry is littered with examples of IPs being marginalised due to the external influence of their producers.

Victory in PvP competition is where the greatest glory can be found.
I don' t find it often, mind. (",)
As I understand it, Galaxy at War is made up of three elements:
WAR ASSETS: collected throughout the single player campaign by various means (e.g. Turian battlefleets, Krogan platoons, etc)
GALACTIC READINESS: A multiplier that calculates the effectiveness of the above War Assets. Default rate is 50%, but it can be increased via online co-op and the metagames available on iOS (depletes 1% per day)
EFFECTIVE MILITARY STRENGTH: A metric obtained by combining War Asset...
Nice spoiler free review.
Can't comment on the ending yet, but really enjoying this instalment. Trying to squeeze as much out of it as possible, utilising the datapad app and ME:Infiltrator in tandem to increase my galactic readiness. Hoping it's not in vain. (",)
Received my beta invite last night; LBP has always been a special game. Seriously excited about this.
