I agree that GDC isn't so much a place for announcements, but think about all the gaming press captive in one spot. Sounds like the perfect place for making big announcements to me.

I had a really enjoyable game of assassination the other night 4 or 5 of us joined together. I set up a few automated turrets, another guy waited around as a medic spamming health packs.
We managed to hold off the other team. Brilliant fun.

As a device it is worthy of praise but it isn't the second coming.
Tilt/orientation works well. IR is very good, but motion as it currently stands is poor.

Woahh, 2 definitely isn't a Wii screen. Have another look and compare it to the other concept art. They are created in the same art style. Look at the lights and look at how they light up the thick atmosphere. But most importantly look at the sheer level of detail. The PS3 and 360 versions of Dead Space don't look that good.
