The Xbox guys are PS3 fans also and are saying that they wish those titles were on the 360
They've done it with MGS4, Uncharted 2, Heavy Rain, GoWIII, etc...
They know that the games are owned by Sony and can't be "stolen" for the 360
It's just a show of respect that this Xbox fansite is showing towards these games

Voice is a huge part of what makes a character who they are

Basically you just pay for the key to access the content from the disk you already purchased. Doesn't seem right
And as much as I like Drake, there are times when Drake isn't so bad-ass :)
Like when screaming at Elena to lower the rope in UC1. Scary scene and hilarious at the same time. I mean, I'd freak out too. That's what makes Drake so great. He's like us.
The risks he takes are certainly bad-ass.

There's only one thing that I'd do differently...

I'd actually get UC1 first. It gives certain appearances and jokes in UC2 more meaning. I also like the first story just a bit better, but that's just me.

Funny that you say this, because I'm playing The Warriors for PS2 right now. And although it's a fun game, it is much more shallow than I remember.
I think that's where a great story can even things up a bit.
A game with a great story can add a lot to the replay value, where game mechanics can get a bit stale.
Jaffe didn't do GOWII or III and they turned out great, but I think that's the exception and not the rule
And I'd rather not take that chance with ZOE when you have a unique genius the caliber of Kojima in your company who can work on it
The only game I'd want Kojima by-passing ZOE for would be another MGS or Scanner

MGS4 had a really sad ending... from the ending of chapter four on, it's all sacrifice for our heroes. You know it's the end of that series as some of gamings best characters (heroes and villains) say their final good byes and fall right before your eyes
And then when a certain person says "This is good... isn't it?" and that sad music kicks in with that girl singing "Here's to you" man...

Remember when 989 (I think...) studio took over TM? 3 and 4 ended up sucking
The driving physics were all wrong. The change was jarring like GTAIV's was.
It didn't get good again until TM:Black
I haven't played RDR yet, and maybe that idea would kill the emotion of the game, but Jackie along for the ride whupping arse would be pretty cool
Maybe next game they could do it. And do co-op with the 2nd player able to use Jackie Chan's move set.
Dumb idea? Who knows, but I'd sure as heck play that!

The first game's save system sucked - but at least when you died, you kept all of the experience from your previous playthroughs

We all have our opinions of what GOTY should be, but shouldn't the most important aspect of GOTY be how fun the game is?
Gears2 added new gameplay elements - like riding "things" <-- for spoiler
I thought it came off as goofy and actually detracts from the focused experience that the first Gears was -- but that may be just me.

Right now I'd probably go with Mass Effect 2 or GoWIII
For ME2, I loved the feel of trying to get through the Suicide Mission with everyone alive and seeing people's reactions to ME1 deeds.
For GoWIII, the action and boss battles are unmatched for me. Plus, the only character as cool as Kratos is Snake (Naked or Solid/Old Snake)
