But he sucks for melee until you figure out his pattern

I admit it... I totally exploit the Flamelurker and Maneater glitches in later playthroughs.

One-hit kills suck.

"EA is one of the largest producers of games, period. EA has recently pledged additional support to the PS3 by offering exclusive content on the PS3 version of Medal of Honor and Dead Space 2, and according to Schappert, we have Blu-Ray to thank for the extra content:

“We were able to make use of the Blu-ray disc with the larger storage space and add additional content on the disc without sacrificing anything from the core game.”"

If I see Drake's face next to "Most Disappointing" anything, there's gonna be trouble.

And no, I didn't read the article.

PROTEST!

Ok, I just read it. As much as I like Uncharted, it'd be a bit too soon for the third one.

I'd like to see it maybe near the end of PS3 lifespan for that epic movie trilogy feel

Unfortunately, SE fell down on the "more focus on story" part as well.

The story was lacking; chopped to bits. And the you don't get to explore until like two chapters left in the game -- and it's really only one large area.

I mean, you really can tell that a bunch of content was removed. I don't know if it was an entire game's worth as SE claimed, but it shows.

Zhuk, Droid, and Breakfast were comic gold as well.

The newer trolls are lacking, though GreenRingofLife is funny!

To all those bent out of shape, don't take these guys too seriously. They're entertainers, not serious fanboys

"The next project will challenge a certain type of taboo. If I mess up, I'll probably have to leave the industry," Kojima wrote on his Twitter account (via Andriasang) about his mysterious new game. "However, I don't want to pass by avoiding that. I turn 47 this year. It's been 24 years since I started making games. Today, I got an ally who would happily support me in that risk. Although it's just one person. For a start, it's good."

How about that E3 interview she did a couple days ago when that guy runs up in the middle of it and asks "Have you seen the Dreamcast 2?"

Security rushes his ass out

Then the fan that she's interviewing starts thanking his manager for letting him come to E3. And Olivia Munn starts freakin out, grabbing the kid's mouth and telling him to shut up.

Wild stuff...

Try to find it if you can

You might be right, but I was happy to start off with a rich character in ME2 and was extra pumped to meet up with my old fried Wrex (I kept him alive in ME1).

When Grunt says a certain Krogan you were with is dead and Wrex casually says "Of course he's dead. You're with Shepard."; that made my day, feeling all warm and bada$$ inside

In ME2, I REALLY felt the pressure to get everyone through a certain mission alive, and I played Paragon to ...

Sure hope the driving isn't like TM3. That's for sure.

Hopefully, the cars drive like Black

EDIT:

Looks like they did away with combo button presses to do special moves like "freeze ray" and just mapped them to the d-pad. That's pretty convenient.

"I think 360 could do Uncharted and the like just fine with DVD9"

No heart stopping here. I kind of figured that you didn't have a PS3 to see what a lot of PS3 gamers already know.

Let me try to explain

First, you are right that blu-ray helps immensely with cut scenes -- which can help with the immersion into the game world. You may not like cut scenes, but many gamers do. They don't have to be the 20 minute epics of MGS...

Not trying to be a jerk; just trying to understand where you are coming from...

Do you own a PS3 and came to the conclusion that Blu-ray does not help games?

I ask because I usually only hear that opinion from gamers that don't own a PS3.

I own both 360 and PS3. It gives great perspective as to which games benefit from Blu-ray. I won't say all of them do, as it's up to the developer to take advantage of it.

But ...

"Or maybe, don't have the SPACE..."

Exactly, what I'm thinking

What about people living in apartments, not houses? When I was growing up, I wanted to play the drums. We didn't have the money to rent a practice space. Because I lived in an apartment I had to play "quieter" instruments.

My point is, where you live could effect how you play.

The person living downstairs from you is not going to ...
