David O'Russell's Uncharted has no relevance to the new Silent Hill film, so I thought it is very stupid and unprofessional to begin an article, off topic, bad mouthing a film that's still in pre-production (especially a film that boasts more pedigree than any recent video game adaption or action action adventure film) .

Last time I checked David O'Russell is a critically acclaimed and a commercially successful director, with one of histories finest cinematic partnerships onboard (De Niro & Pesci), some of Hollywood's finest action film producers involved, a two time oscar nominated lead and the full financial backing of Sony's film studios.

I bought my N64 around 12 years ago, and I amassed an impressive library of games.
Everything from Mario 64 to Resident Evil 2, Starfox to Goldeneye.
I spent a lot of cash on it. And now it sits uselessly in my cabinet beside my PS2 gathering dust.
I will relish replaying all my N64 classics, through HDMI on my shiny PS3.

Bioshock 1 & 2 didn't even run on Unreal 3,
They run on a heavily modified Unreal 2 engine,
and their graphics and art direction are excellent.
Devs can do a lot with Unreal Engines. You would never think that the likes of Mirrors Edge, was running on the same engine as lets say Enslaved or Mass Effect 2.
With the exception of some massive multiplatform devs like R* and PS3 1st Parties , it is very time consuming and expensive to creat...
