From my own experience,
The easy to use nature of console gaming provides
a lot less headaches than PC gaming.

I know what I'm getting with the console games,
I don't have worry about my graphics card not being 100% compatible or my game closing down because of a framework or client error of some other bullshit.

The standardisation of consoles, means I put in my disk and I play. Easy.

Thats only if IGN's review is actually legible this time round.

*Thinks back to DS2 review*

George Broussard was fat loser with a stupid sense of humor,
and the only reason it was funny back in the early 90's was because it hadn't been done before and it wasn't politically correct. Nostalgia warps peoples judgement of this game.

Broussard created Duke because Duke was everything he was not. And the game is his interpretation of what is 'cool'.

DNF is a muddled cobbling together of 1990's source material and Duke shou...

Exactly, I wanted to play it 10 years ago.
But now it feels outdated, and immature.

If Sony could get some celebrity who is a core gamer,
and get them to appear in some of their ads. It would be the perfect way to sell NGP units.

Sony have the better console, all they need to do is market it properly.

I'm sure if they could get someone like Seth Rogen playing COD online on a movie set in middle of the Mojave desert against Kevin Butler in his office in Sony HQ, and have them trash talking against each other would be hilarious, <...

Ha, I can't believe I was once impressed at the 3DS's graphics!

This is an unpolished alpha tech demo, and it still demolishes anything else available on a mobile platform!

Unfortunately that won't be the case.
Because of pirates.

Hopefully Sony will drop the price of the games on PSN,
So we can just redownload all the PSP classics.
I wanna play Mercury again!

This is an extraordinary piece of technoligy.

I would be willing to sacrafice the cost of a new PS3 game or two, to pay £50-£100 extra for this beast.

It's media capabilities alone are worth the cost.

Yesterday if I was asked this question I would have said no more than £250.

Today I would be willing to pay anything, top get my mitts on it!

The NGP is a lot more innovative than the PSP,
and it has one thing that PSP didn't have.

COD.

That alone will shift several million NGP.

One word tonight struck fear into Nintendo's heart.

COD.

$600?!?
You would have to be mentally retarded to even come up with an as high price.
Sony learned their lessons from the PS3.
I'd say they'll sell at a loss for the first 18 months and sell at 349.....It would be their most sensible option.

Yeah rem the Oblivion game on the original PSP got canned, so hopefully we'll see it resurrected on the PSP2.

Hopefully we'll see a proper Medievil sequel, make way on the console as well......

PS4 & 720 will probably be announced early 2012 at CES or a specific launch event e.g. Playstation meeting (PSP2).

We will probably be shown 2 if not all 3 consoles at E3 2012, along with launch title line ups and the consoles should be released in either the run up to Xmas or recieve a Spring/ early Summer 2013 launch.

I'm prepared to eat my own words.

@Stealth: Please provide a link which says the PSP2 is going to cost more than the 3DS.

Nintendo have taken a leap forward and for once are trying to create powerful tech for their new handheld, but they have to source most of their tech externally, which is expensive.

Sony however make use of their in house facilities, e.g. OLED screen tech from Bravia & Eriksson, and that assistance dramatically reduces R&D costs on the new PSP.

An...

I think Sony have done a very good job at containing most info about the PSP2, up until this Sony meeting was announced everything else was just sheer explanation. And no one has a clue what its final design will be.

With the addition of dual analog sticks, Sony only needs one bit of software to capture their target age group (16-35) in the West.

COD Portable.

Even though Uncharted PSP is the game I most anticipate,
if Sony cut a dea...

I ain't a Catholic, but when I see sick shit like Rapelay, being created by an albeit tiny minority of game dev's.
I tend to agree with some of the stuff the Pope said.

No matter what their religion, there will always be sicko-perverts in our society.

Last time I checked Ted Bundy the rapist, necropheliac, mass murderer wasn't a Catholic priest.

Edit @disagrees: Yes I'm sorry, Rapelay is a family oriented game that sh...
