I completely agree on this. The whole idea of having more processing power is great and all, but it doesn't force developers to think about what they're actually doing with their game.
This goes back to the good ol' 8 and 16 bit era. The reason so many veterans consider that to be golden age of gaming is because of the limitations of the consoles. A flaw in your game stuck out like nothing else.
Why is it a casual game?
Allow me to form a comment that explains how I feel about this statement:
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH AHAHAHAHA".
Yeah, that pretty much sums it up. I can't believe Blizzard is that ignorant.
Who the hell edited this? A toddler?
I don't see how AMD can make a difference when it comes to a buggy game or not?
I find this review to be rather lacking. It doesn't go into any detail about the maps or even why they're not that good.
*sigh*
Typical. The contributors need to pay more attention then, not only the one who added this to the database, but also those who approved this.
This is news?
I love how this article wishes to state seven things that could improve The Wind Waker, yet most of the criticism is focused towards the entire series. Besides that I also disagree with most points.
However, I can understand why the author wouldn't enjoy PH's Temple of the Ocean King. It is considered by many as a game breaker. However, OOT's Gerudo Fortress is simply a classic. As a child I couldn't stop playing this part of the game. It was simply nerve-wrac...
I honestly couldn't care less. I'd rather have copy/pasted news that put a massive smile on my face than a dozen shitty blogs.
You worry about lag compensation when you're up against LMG users? How the hell do you react against SMG users then?
Downloadable GameCube games up-scaled to 1080p with support for the Wii U Pro controller. Nintendo, please make The Wind Waker in full-HD happen.
Battlefield 3's campaign wasn't exactly the second coming of Christ, but I did enjoy it. I'm up for another campaign like BF3's one. If there's anything they should improve, then it's the co-op. If they want to take both the singleplayer and co-op to a next level in Battlefield 4 they should combine the two and have a full-fledged, four-player co-op campaign.
I thought it would take a while before we would see the dumbest comment of 2013, but you're my top pick so far.
What an original joke. I had to stab myself in the knee with a pen just to stop myself from crying of laughter.
A rather unbalanced build in my opinion. Why a 720 watts PSU for a GPU that requires a quality one of only 450-500 watts at best? I also would've gone for a Sandy Bridge CPU instead of an Ivy Bridge one, since the former is much better suited for OC'ing. Still, for the price it's one heck of a PC. I can't deny that.
I have come to terms with the fact that you can't rent your own dedi's. I tried to play S&D in Black Ops last month and all I could find were servers with idiotic rules and admins with the IQ of a freshly painted fence.
Also, Black Ops II combines lobbying up with dedi's. In the end I'd say it's still the best of both worlds. You end up in the same team with your friends and your connection is great.
This is the first Call of Duty in years I'm actually looking forward to. I really enjoyed the original Black Ops, despite some of its major flaws.

Yes, RAM is cheap, if we're talking about 8GB of DDR3 ram. The PS4 features 8GB of GDDR5 RAM. It's RAM that's shared between the GPU and CPU.
