Sony -> Nintendo -> My unshaven, unwashed balls. -> Microsoft. There we go.
They don't necessarily NEED it, but it would help massively during this year's Christmas sales. Drop the price, give us a second Ambassador program and the Wii U will do really well. Let's not forget that there are more than ten major exclusives coming up in the upcoming months.
If the Xbox One sells more than 500.000 units this Christmas I'd be shocked.
I'm secretly hoping this game will arrive on other platforms. I've always been a humongous fan of Spartan: Total Warrior and Viking: Battle for Asgard. This game is like the love child I've been waiting for all my life.
"there is no proof that single player games are better"
The entire population of oldschool gamers would like to have a word with you. Singleplayer will always be a thousand miles better than multiplayer.
At first I was a bit impressed with the sheer number of exclusives, but when I learnt that Killer Instinct is NOT being developed by Rare + based on a free to play model and Titanfall is coming to PC things didn't seem that exciting anymore.
Sure, there's still Quantum Break, Dead Rising 3, Ryse, Forza 5, Halo 5 and Sunset Overdrive, but those aren't enough to sell the system. I wouldn't be surprised if the first three titles would end up on other platforms ev...
The "Mobile" Commander is only available on tablets. The normal Commander mode doesn't require that.
It's also landing on the PC, so I wouldn't rule out a PS4 version just yet.
I will admit that Nintendo really seemed to bank on old concepts this time, but it turns out that's not so much the case as most people are thinking right now. Super Mario 3D World and Donkey Kong aren't just copies of older games - they're turning out to be fresh and exciting experiences according to a lot of previews.
Mario Kart 8 was arguably the only franchise that took a new direction and all I can say is that I was blown away by it. I don't understand wh...
I didn't like Super Mario 3D World at first, but after checking some gameplay and reading a couple of previews it's way better than I originally thought. Overall, as a huge fan of Ninty, I'm pretty satisfied. Sure, I would've loved to see a new Star Fox, a new F-Zero and so on, but that's being saved for later. Next year at E3 we will be seeing the Wii U Zelda. I can't wait.
It certainly isn't a bad thing. I mean, it has some potential. It's just that it didn't get to me like Battlefield 4 or Titanfall did.
Yes, because not being absolutely gobsmacked by a game instantly makes me a hater. Makes total sense.
Am I the only one who isn't really impressed with Destiny? The guy playing it didn't really do a good job at making me want to play the game.

"I can't believe people still go on about drivers."
Oh, there's a good reason people still go on about that. I've had an HD5870 Mobility for several years now and I can testify that AMD's support for mobile GPU's is downright horrible.
AMD has the better price/performance ratio, but I will vouch for Nvidia when it comes to the software.
Unlike a shitload of other developers on this planet Nintendo almost always manages to bring an IP back again and again in a fresh and exciting manner.
I'd rather have a company sticking to what they're good at and bringing me a new 3D Mario every couple of years that blows my socks off than a dozen failed attempts at trying something new.
Remember, it's Nintendo we're talking about here. The last time we wanted something new we got Wii Music....
Nintendo is learning from its mistakes of the past years. I'm pretty confident that Nintendo will do just fine in the next generation. There was doom written all over the 3DS and look at that handheld now - it's leading with over 30 million sold.
Nintendo is unveiling the new 3D Mario, Super Smash Bros. and Zelda during E3. Besides that, we also have Retro's new IP and probably a lot more games coming up for the Wii U.
Don't get me wrong, the ...
I lol'd so hard I spat on my monitor. Thanks, now I have to start cleaning.
This is news? Really now?
It's been confirmed that the new 3D Mario, Super Smash Bros. and Zelda Wii U will be shown at E3, although it's not yet clear in what shape or form. In any case that's good news.
The 3DS was able to recover just fine from its really poor start, so I'm keeping an eye on the Wii U for now. If they don't impress me at E3 it's a a no-go for me. Monster Hunter Tri alone isn't enough to sell the system. I already have a 3DS with Monster Hunter Tri.
I'd rather have companies work on their own engines. The result of the Unreal Engine being handed out to other companies led to a gazillion games looking extremely similar.
Now, don't get me wrong, the Unreal Engine 3 looks very good, but after seeing the umpteenth title with that engine things start to get... stale.
