Is over 25 million people a "low install base" because you consider 25 million to not be a lot of people? Or because it's simply less than Sony? Even if it's significantly less, does that ,
Make 25 million a small number? Nope.
Huge fan of the middle pool. Been here for years. No drama whatsoever.
I heard that Metroid games aren't popular in the East. Is this true?
Take this with a grain of salt because I have zero evidence of this, but I heard that the reason they won't make a metrioid game a priority is because they don't sell well at all in Japan.
I personally purchased but haven't started the game yet. I read nothing about the story. I didn't even know who these characters were, and now I will have this "question" hanging over my head as soon as the characters are introduced. It's just like saying of a (fake) game "are Mike and Dan brothers?" Or something to that effect. It DOES have an impact on how the story is viewed throughout the game.
Possible spoiler in title???? Jesus
Day one for me
I can see people wanting their favorite console to succeed, but wanting others to fail is just childish and silly.
I know right? It's very Twilight Zone-ish. Wouldn't it be nice if this was actually a community where gamers helped gamers make decisions regardless of console? I own all three currently, and would welcome a pure Sony, Microsoft, or Nintendo gamer to ask the community for buying advice of another console from people who actually own one. Instead of saying "the features on your console are not as good as mine", we should be encouraging these companies to improve. So much ener...
Am I the only person pissed about losing PS Now? It was the ONLY thing I played regularly on my Vita. I'm a little down on Sony (except for the PS4). I have 4 month old 65" Bravia that still has an ancient version of Android. All users received a non removable tile on their home screen saying the "Marshmallow" update was coming "after December". I mean, what does that even mean?? I emailed Sony support and was told "No ETA". Let's not even get starte...
So even if it makes millions of dollars for MS, but doesn't outsell the Pro, it's a failure?
It's amazing how many people think that Microsoft's number one goal is to "beat the PS4". The only ting that matters to ALL of the companies is money. If it was about selling more consoles, they would sell their consoles for $99 just to get numbers. People really think that these companies "care about gamers". They care about your wallet. I buy pretty much every console. I can't even think of one I haven't owned since the NES. But I'm not delusional eno...
Holy crap. Kudos for actually recognizing multiple systems.
Because it's horrible
I don't trust them in the least. However I won't be cancelling my preorder. I will be selling it to a soccer mom on eBay for hopefully a nice profit due to the absolute certainty that Nintendo will botch the stock on the shelves as always.
BTW, where is the "steady stream" of NES classic systems that were suppposed to be coming "through the holidays"?
Sooooooooo what are the launch titles??
They really missed the boat not packing that game in. At the very least having it available at launch would have been a system seller for sure.
OK, Super Mario Odyssey actually looks new and fresh.
Nothing worse than people's misuse of the word "literally". In order for the headline to make sense, it would mean it's a fact. Something that cannot possibly be known at this point. Improbable? yes. Fact? no one knows. The word "literally" is often used to demonstrate how "serious" someone is. But that in and of itself makes the word meaningless, does it not? Sorry, nothing to do with gaming, it has always just bugged the crap out of me. Quite possibly t...
