By reading most of the comments in here it’s pretty simple actually. The one for which console you own. They’re obviously different, but both appear to be great. It’s pretty clear that N4G seems to lean towards single console owners. I mean WTF. Coexist for Christ sake.
Ha! you got down-votes because you mentioned X1X. I'm still amazed at how much people actually HATE the "other" console. So insecure. More consoles = more competition = better products for EVERYONE. I'm not sure which "war" has more hate. Dems/Republicans (US) or Xbox/PS. I proudly own all 3 and it's bliss.

Just look at his history of reviews. NONE of his games get good scores. It's also one of the worst looking websites I've ever seen, where only the ads load correctly (click on "reviews" to see what I mean)

It's simple. Use Olympic scoring. Throw out the top two and bottom two scores. You will get a much more accurate picture of ANY review aggregate.

@SkippyPaccino True, it is entertaining. It's just amazing to see how far people will go to prove the other side "wrong". Digging up past comments, finding graphs, charts, and stats. etc. It's nuts. I'm just amazed that either side thinks we would be better off if the "other" system didn't exist. We should all be glad that these companies are pushing each other. Trust me. you don't want one to fail. It wouldn't be good for ANY gamer.
And that's exactly why this site is going downhill. The top 5 articles are ALWAYS about sales figures or some reason that one console is better than the other. As a person who owns a loves all 3 consoles, I wish there was an aggregator that didn't reward constant flame-bait articles by giving them higher rankings.

I'm sure MS is happy just raking in the Minecraft $$ from allowing all platforms. I can't think of a game that Sony has put on Xbox. Not to mention it's cross platform on basically eveything (my toaster probably supports it) but PS4. And Sony is the one making the decision.

I think any product that you cannot return for a full refund (Games and Music mostly) you should get to sample before you buy.
If SP games go, they will lose a TON of 1) older gamers like myself who grew up on SP games and don't want to get shredded online LOL, and 2) very YOUNG players who's parents don't want them exposed to everything that comes with online games.
