Yeap, those are with the CryEngine 3 SDK ;)
"The company has also confirmed that Nvidia 3DVision and Nvidia Surround will be fully supported in the next patch"
Full support in the next patch, not in this one
Let's hope that they will also address the performance issues
Oh boy, I've encountered some "DJ players" online and couldn't stand it. I mean, I also love listening to my music but I'm not forcing to all others. Jesus
Yeap, his first texture pack was good but this updated one looks even better. Imagine a complete update with Sikkmod 1.2. Now that will be awesome :D
seconded ;)
From what I know, Project Reality is right now only available for ArmA 2. Hopefully though we'll see it and in ArmA 3 (if the game is moddable but this Bohemia so I bet that it will be friendly to all modders)
Second vote for BF1943 :D
Let's hope that console gamers won't boycott the game just because it was a PC exclusive title all this time.
Most of them were saying that it was simply a tech-demo and nothing more... when in fact its gameplay was way better than the one of Crysis 2 (that those same console gamers enjoyed, despite stating that the first one was sh!t)
Actually, you can simply tweak the SSAO and get similar results with the article picture. For example, here are some Crysis shots where I simply played with the SSAO values back in 2007 (nothing really difficult TBH and we are talking about Vanilla Crysis. No mods and no texture packs). The difference though - compared to the default settings - is huge:

The difference can be easily spotted, especially when we're talking about the SSAO:

PS: Some shadows are bugged at the moment so you might notice some 'artifacts'
well at least we can stare at the login screen now, lol :D
It's legit guys. It's the official link from Blizzard. This is not a rumor so please moderators edit it and put it as a "News" post ;)
Deus Ex: Human Revolution was also an "AMD approved" title but I doubt you didn't enjoy it ;). Nvidia does a great job generally but most of the times, AMD is the one lacking those pre-launch optimizations
Really doubt this will ever happen. It's been over a year since RDR's release on consoles and there hasn't been any word yet about a possible PC version.
Yeah. I was like <<WTF is going on?>> when I pressed Y and could pass through walls
Yeap, "MaLDo" is talented... pretty much like "Silent" was for Crysis 1 :)

+2. Always wanted to see a remake of this map
Totally agree, though it will take a lot of time for most writers. Still, it's a great idea.
The same applies to games that are open to modding. HL2 and Doom3 are more fun these days than when they were first released. Same can be said about Crysis too
