Lot of features Hello games promised by release.
No Man's Sky's biggest problem was its dev team and marketing. They promised a lot and didn't deliver. The demos of XV alone already have more content than NMS. No chance it'll be similar.
Tabata's been pretty vocal about not doing a full sequel. It's the reason we got a movie and anime. That said, that could be subject to change, like everything else.
Exactly. Especially with Elite Dangerous starting at half the price, and Space Engine for free.
Why is this still getting heat? I mean come on, Cindy's hot as hell, but this article is about as gossip rag as it gets.
Fumito Ueda had actually left the project before finally coming back, fully putting the game back in motion. Ueda's direction hasn't disappointed yet, and my hopes are as high as they've always been.
SE only really started looking bad with Hallway XIII and its sequels. Now that those are out of the way, they've been steadily making better and better games. A bump in a highly successful path.
XV's been proven to be enjoyable and addictive, the story's proving promising and complex, the graphics have gotten some impressive balancing, and things are generally looking good for the Gold edition. Dragon Quest Builders is also addictive and enjoyable, and what l...
I'm proud to be in the vocal minority that loved Mad Max.
To be completely fair, Radovid did make a good point about chess.
The most recent gameplay footage looks amazing and plays more smoothly, the new cinematic trailer (not to mention Kingsglaive) promises the darker tone that generated the Vs XIII hype in the first place, statements of fun and addictive gameplay coming from virtually everywhere.

It looks a lot like a disgruntled employee that Hello Games quickly decided to sweep under the rug. Too much scrambling for excuses and conflicting information. Easier to pass it off as a hack, considering the alternative controversy of one of developers hating the game. Very bad for already dwindling sales.
This is from the short's youtube description and seems to make sense. That was a premonition Regis had of Noctis possibly failing his quest or going out of control because he was alone. Seems like it's the reason he made sure Noct had friends with him.
The Order was at the very least pretty enough to warrant an 8 dollar purchase. Could've used some reflections, though.
Shenmue seems to blend its quirkiness with its story a bit better, too. Both are brilliant in their own rights. Despite being extremely similar, both series have vastly different atmospheres, both of which I love unconditionally at this point.
Yakuza is the X-Files to Shenmue's Twin Peaks. Yakuza's more streamlined, accessible, longer running, and great in its own right, but Shenmue, flaws and cliffhangers included, will bring out the best memories from the players who got hooked.
Possibly. There are also other franchises to consider, too. Imagine a Luminous Parasite Eve game.
There will never be an FFXV-2. They finally learned from that mistake after X-2 and XIII-2.
Clearly it fooled enough people into clicking the article. There is absolutely no reason this should've broken 1000 degrees.
Your article is only hot because your title screams "general consensus" when the article itself only addresses your personal opinion.
Here's a title suggestion: "Of 100 Journalists Watching, I was unimpressed."
Salt and Sanctuary is great, but it does not rank higher than Bloodborne.
