To be fair, Blizzard drumming up senseless controversy in an attempt to keep advertising their game is, to me, something to look on with a little disdain. It feels lazy, tasteless, and strikes me as a currently overused vie for attention.
It's a masterpiece in the eyes of many. You are certainly not alone in that sentiment. Hell, you may even represent the majority.
These days not even being a masterpiece seems to be enough. I've been on the Internet for a long damned time, and either it's gotten considerably worse in the past two years or something clicked in my head and I'm seeing it for what it is now.
I'd been waiting for and following the production of TLG ever since its announcement trailer, and I've got to say you are absolutely on the ball. I did not walk away from this game disappointed. Fumito Ueda has done it again. Simple as that.
@UCForce
Some people here just like willingly missing out because they think it gives them some kind of advantage over people who are too busy enjoying themselves.
This article would never have happened if Witcher 3 was entirely populated by a single non-white race.
Those fall into one group: people who don't own playstations.
Keiji Inafune has nothing to do with this game. Hell, the delay announcement is likely because Koji Igarashi wants to make sure this isn't another Mighty No. 9. It's a good sign if anything.
#13: delete Witcher 3 because you're gonna need the HDD space.
I feel it's going to be Part 1: Midgar, Part 2: post-Midgar up to Aeris's death, Part 3: everything else.
FF1 starts with you standing in a field.
Between this and Last Guardian, I absolutely agree. Two great titles that didn't bother with cliffhanger nonsense.
How dare they put all their content into a game at once for a flat fee. Where are the microtransactions?
Time to rev up that roulette table for four hours again. Man I love beach volleyball.
Alright, the reply topped both. Thank you for your input.
I don't know what's more cringeworthy, that somebody would outright claim that Saturn is worse than Virtual Boy or Ouya, or the username fallenangel1984.
Beautiful game, haunting and creative visuals, great AI from Trico on my playthrough, challenging and varied puzzles, masterpiece of storytelling. Hell, I didn't even have too many camera problems. In many ways it felt a lot like Ico, but the role reversal and very much improved companion made for another fun, spectacular, and unique experience.
Ueda's in a league of his own, and I really look forward to his fourth project.
Have you tried Pitioss dungeon yet?
It's nothing short of amazing. Probably one of the best (if not THE best) puzzle based dungeon in a Final Fantasy.
A lot of these characters aren't strictly evil. The Nameless King had pretty good reasons for turning against his family and Ardyn Izunia's evil was the consequence of betrayal. Nadine Ross was just a mercenary and didn't really give a damn one way or another.
