The same stuff from crysis 2 which was average at best. Ps3s exclusives are still the bar on consoles. If they r smart, they will pander to pc, build for pc, release a juggernaut pc game, and quit lying to console gamers. We know that it doesn't measure up. I am in your boat too. I have managed to keep up with the rpg, with the exception of kingdoms of analytical, which i plan to go back to, but other games are stacking up rapidly. But, how do i not fit in the witcher 2 (which i had to move to xbox to play).
In a way, i am glad. I love rpgs and would have adored a pirate themed one. But, I'm buried in great rpgs right now with no end in sight. This and the other great games racking up since Arkham city. I'm glad i can sit this one out without feeling bad. That being said, dragons dogma looks very promising...and it's coming so soon.
I personally would give it a 9 because on many levels it is better than skyrim or dragon age. With all the praise and the mentioning with these two titles, I'm surprised it got an 8. With that said, if u love rpgs, it is absolutely a can't miss.

The last part was a joke. I think i get owned because they are better than me. I have to disagree somewhat. While u can smoke urself stupid, it also relaxes many and u r able to focus on nothing but gaming. i still wouldn't promote it, as there are obvious side effects and consequences.
Is this just for weed or for getting high on everything? Actually, i am a recovering addict, 4+ years. Video games have helped me stay clean. So, u don't need drugs for any game to be great as it's a great replacement for drugs. That being said, i think weed is an unfair advantage in online competition as I'm always getting owned by high 15 -18 year olds.
I agree and he was quite clear that story isn't for everyone. I loved gears but not so much for the writing. They created their immersion and story in different ways. And man, I'm pretty sure that the best review for gow3 said the story was marginally better. It isn't a secret that this is not mass effect or the witcher 2.
More people need to play the witcher 2. Seriously, if u have played skyrim, mass effect, final fantasy, and have diablo 3 pre ordered, get the witcher 2. It will not disappoint. It is an amazing game. At least keep in mind for the summer. It is a mustplay. Check out some of the reviews.
Yep. Seems most likely. Have it ready for early 2014. Or, it is the next big game for the ps4, but i doubt it's something for the ps3...maybe. I'm guessing that most big reveals that will be the last launch of titles before next gen will be shown this year at E3 so we will see. Next years E3 may will b all ps4. I agree with your premise but respectfully disagree about mass effect and bioshock. I thought bioshock 2 was better in every way excpet story (though it was pretty damn good) and the ability to introduce a new setting, hence columbia. And i coud never get enough of rapture. I agree and maybe someday that may be a possibility. Everything is decentralizing and games may be no different. But, they have a contract. And kickstarter money won't cover a mass effect game, or a new dragon age, especially for next gen. They are waiting for a ps3 cut to further undercut them. It's amazing to me how well they have done with basically 1 major exclusive a year. Next year will reach 2010 levels due to halo 4. The kinnect really has kept them atop the board as sony has released so many great exclusives. But, as the wii has shown it is gadgetry that sells.
