CoD has the cushion to see drops in mw3 or black ops 2. They did the one thing they couldnt afford not to do, change it up. Now is the time to try new things. And theres no need to build a new engine because next gen is coming. One fear would be a competitor coming in and taking over. Not gonna happen. Another would be gamers sickening or tiring of the genre as a whole. This will add a little energy to get them to next gen.
I think i may like this despite my apprehension for anything cod. It appears very realistic. We are willing to pay China rediculous prices and grant them unbelievable power because we dont want to mine an energy source that we have in our back yards. Sound familiar? But at least we are doing our part to save the earth. I wonder if the narrative will include paying trillions to help other countries mine for it too. I guess world war is the better alternative especially when facts are murky at ...
Yeah it doesnt look much better. I will agree dynamic lightning does help but we will see. Just make the single player look awesome and then let the mp be what it is. It doesnt matter on console now anyway because unless you can do what killzone did you might as well focus on gameplay. The graphics are good enough. We want an evolution in multiplayer like halo 4's new spartan ops. I like the idea of mixing sp with mp. Maybe a mode that has teams facing off. against one another and enemie...
Im quite a ways in and all i noticed was that a nekker ran through the woods away from me.
Anti-1%? Why because their are some bad people. Well many 1%ers are in the government and they are ultimately the most dangerous people. Yet no one fears government just rich people.
Anyway good review and im looking so forward to this game. More than the 1% feeling it appears to satisfy my suspiscion of government. Dont falsely accuse me of killing anyone lol.
yeah i doubt i will be able to. So 5 are done and will take at least 6 seasons to get to book 5? Wow. And lets hope he can. It would be a travesty. Though maybe someone would be able to finish it with his notes.
Six days in falluja and the prey 2. We all play fps and they seem realistic but they are not. Theres no consequences and few create an attachment to character. Six days would hav done that. Replaying an actual contemorary battlebinbwhich our heroes fought valiantly and many died. The prey 2 because it looked awesome.
It would make me so happy if it's good. I love rpgs and i really love game of thrones. I'm torn as to whether i want the books. I really do, but i love the show so much because the writing is brilliant. You never know what the hell is gonna happen. I don't want to ruin it, but i can't get enough of game of thrones. I have almost bought them so many times. Can i really hold out 6 years and enjoy the ride? I doubt it.
I just have to comment because i was looking at the author and he has my name. Its very strange because i have never met or heard of anyone with my name.
Wow...wow...wow. This may be my summer list, not all of them, but at least 4.
I don't think that points to the future. It could mean anything.
Yeah, they seem to be the ingenuity. Though, honestly, if they released a full fledged cod zombies, I'd buy it. So would so many. Cod will continue until it isn't making money, or until it rips the soul out from the gaming insustry.
I agree and it was worth my money.
I have seen listings that list consoles as well as pc. I got really excited only to find that it is as i always though, only for pc. I wouldn't be surprised though. There's alot of money in consoles and rpgs are hot right now. CDs projeckt proved that with great care it can be done.
It will be pushed back. My guess is may 2013. You know, rockstar month. The one that has proven to work over and ovet. I am pretty sure resident evil and bioshock won't stop it from selling well. It will sell in october, november, december and on& on.
Just remember how many games were supposed to release in 2011. Some still havnt released.
I wish there were more cdprojekts. I love the witcher 2 alot and i can tell that they do to. It's like a fans rpg. It may be more linear but i think they did what bioware tried to do with DA2; a tight well woven, nicely driven story with freedom in choices and combat and a difficulty that allows for actual satisfaction without being unforgiving. Here's to hoping that the witcher 3 or more content is in the works.
I agree. I love it because in every aspect it delivers. From scenery, to combat, skills, and story. It can be hard but it's nothing that can't be overcome. I just love it. As an rpg fan, the last 6 months have been awesome.
While i do agree with some of your points, let's wait til this game releases. Yes, i like there to be substance in my rpgs. I am playing the witcher 2 and it is better than skyrim in many ways, as is dragon age etc. But before we crown the japanese as king of western rpgs, let us play all of at least one title.
I don't think it's that. They have had a rough year and this is a safer bet. Sony has done a good job with exclusives and new ips, ie. Journey, the last of us, uncharted, killzone, lbp, etc. I know they r older but look for it to continue once they deal with financial issues. The irony is that their video game industry is propping them up. Samsung has obliterated their television market. They are also working on new discs, the new blu ray, and higher resolution but it's video game...
Its not entirely true. There are a few that are worse. But it doesnt really matter. You grow to love the characters anyway. And isnt that the point? Dont get me wrong, i wish i could help write for many games i love, games that have great characters and settings but horrible stories. Im talking to you killzone. The helghast are the greatest enemy ever and the backdrop is awesome. They resemble nazis but are also freedom fighters. Let me at this one.
And i would not have talked...
