Good news.. but Kinect games? I hope not as I'm not a fan of motion control unless its something really mind blowing and new. I'm a couch gamer.

Canada offers a lot of tax incentives which is great for setting up Studios. It also benefits the local economy because of its employment creation.

Wish they had this view in the UK. A lot of start up game companies struggle.

Ban all of them. Cheaters and hackers are parasites of the Industry.

I hope everything gets resolved soon.

My view is that they might as well upgrade the security on everything while they're at it. This way consumers can be confident in everything Sony related and Sony will have the same standard across all its services.

A bow from Sony is a call for the Industry to Rise up against Hackers, even the ones that claim their actions are for "free speech" and "community".

Regardless of your views on the Piracy case and Anonymous, one fact remains... this didn't happen until after they showed up and after threats were made, even though they were claiming to represent some kind of "worthy cause"... The people that did this are criminals. The media, rather than focu...

There is way to much fake news and media propaganda.
Sad though :(

These guys are criminals, plain and simple. Don't think of their justifications. The fact remains that this wasn't done in all the years of PSN until after all the hacker threats to Sony, during and after the George Hotz case. That cannot be coincidence. But the question isn't why... Its how was it done, and where are these criminals.

All I want from Sony is a more secure system and for the authorities to track these people down (which I doubt is possible). Its a ...

Well said mate.

I guess if my house gets robbed then I should be blamed for having locks that weren't strong enough. I should also compensate my neighbour who had his stuff stolen from my house.

Media propaganda. Let's see how many cases of theft result from this. Of course anyone who got their money stolen should be compensated. Also PSN is free. No where was this mentioned in the media.

People keep saying... I want this and that, I ...

A refreshing read compared to all the media nonsense around the internet.

Sony did what it had to in order to prevent further security issues, and in doing so is offering a more secured network. Its a shame that this happened, but will only make the industry better at protecting itself.

I would like to say thanks for the following:
Keeping PSN Free
Offering Great Value
Great Games

However, next time please give us m...

@ Menech... Sony didn't make a mistake. The only apology needed is the time they took to provide the information, and the level of information provided.

@ Aron... Security is required by LAW. Sony met these requirements and therefore their duty in that department was covered. Credit card details were behind firewalls and were protected. Sony owes us nothing as the Service is free. The only exception is if someone did indeed lose money or had their identity stolen. Lets s...

Wow. nice. Reminds me of the good ol' game gear.

Seriously what else do people want from a FREE SERVICE? I'm getting fed up of these articles. The only thing Sony is guilty of is not giving us timely information. Its not like they left everything opened to steal.

The service will return more secured and better. That should be enough.

I have two plus accounts (EU and US). I'm not expecting anything back.

Drake looks older and a bit fatter. I hope this touch upon this a bit in the story, especially with the humor the game is known for. I cannot wait for this!

That Radec Fight was hard yes, but the annoying bit was when Rico would gets injured and cries out for help. Only took me four tries on normal.

For me its the Ninja Gaiden Bosses... Jesus, talk about cheap. Also in the recent MK, try beating Shao Khan on Expert. A note to Raam in Gears as well. I think the 8 and 16 bit era had the hardest bosses though.

Jaffe knows most of these guys as they were part of Incognito Entertainment, which eventually became Lightbox and Eat, Sleep, Play.

This title will be superb!

This article is silly... Heavenly Sword 2? I'm sure many of us would love this, and are actively hoping for this announcement. Yakuza will always be a big seller in Japan. And Motorstorm... A great franchise that is loved and sells well? Please write something useful.

If my house gets broken into, then I guess its my fault because I didn't had locks strong enough on my doors and windows... yeah? I mean that what we're saying here isn't it?

This is absolutely ridiculous. It seem people are focusing on Sony, rather than the people who hacked the network. I'm not saying that this isn't a big issue, and that Sony are the angels here. Yes they should have given us more timely data, and more forthcoming with information. But ...

Yeah, I guess he's the one that hacked the network. I hate everyone saying that heads should role at Sony, and that Sony deserves to pay...

First off people seem to forget the in 2008 over Xmas that xbox live went down. I remember that is was down for 2 weeks and I couldnt get online. It wasn't due to security or hacking, but its worth saying. Yes Sony was slow in sharing information, but how can they have a specific defense for something like this? I guess they know ...
