Learn to read dude. I said the problems "MAY" have been solved. Meaning MS says they have been solved, but other sources say they haven't and I do not have first hand experience so I choose no to make a statement as to whether or not they are.

Calm down little boy. I don't hate the 360. There have been a few games that have interestem me in getting a 360. Crackdown and mass Efeect and Bioshock come to mind. However one of those games will coming to PC soon and one already is. Furthermore, I do not have enough confidence in the 360s hardware to justify purchasing one. The issues may have been "solved", I just don't feel comfortable buying one yet. And why would I buy one when 90% of the killer apps will be coming to PC any...

Seeing as how metacritic lists about 360 games for the 360 but I don't know if that includes the Download games so I'll say the 360 has 400 games (this is just a guess for illustration, not an attempt to be super acurate.) It will have an impact, but not as big as people think. The whole point is to get a 360 SKU below the Wii pricepoint. The problem with that is that it further fractures the 360 install base by increasing the number of non HDD 360s out in the wild. How would sony cutting the price again a sign of desperation? That would actually be sony going for the throat. Cutting the price again, after Blu-Ray has won the war, and the franchises that most people have been waiting for, it would be very beneficial for sony to lower the price slightly to stay competetive on price as well.

Mario Galaxy is higher rated than any 360 game and it is considered by many to be the best game of last year. Nice try though. And no console has 1000 games this generation. You do realize that that number includes Xbox1 games, don't you? If that's the case then you have to add PS1 and PS2 games to the PS3 catalog and since the number definately includes download games you have to include GC and VC games for the Wii. But keep up the good work.
